Just rescued my first puppy. Unfortunately he had some medical and anxiety issues we were unaware of. The office was very helpful and understanding. They spent a lot of time giving advice and answering my many questions. My puppy who feared everyone was very excited to go there for the follow ups and didnt seem anxious. The staff was great with him. The prices were fair and now my puppy is all better and as far as the fear we have been socializing him like crazy so hes finally coming out of his shell. This will be our vet for many years to come.

Dr. McDowell is an extremely professional, experienced, and qualified doctor. He has been established in the community for over 30 years and has been providing excellent care for our pets for decades. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and understanding. I would recommend the Bayville Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a new veterinary clinic. Prices are the best in the area. Just call and ask around and see for yourself.

Went in for a nail trim and left with nothing. Worst experience ever!! Very rude vet techs! Left and will never go back! They wanted to muzzle my 12year old tiny chihuahua for a nail trim? After I said no and Im leaving the tech got very rude. If I could give it no stars I would!

Dr was ok. Dont ever ask reception for copies of the notes from doctor she will get annoyed and hang up on you. Not worth the time.
