WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They advertise they take EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS. As they called to hound me to see where i was 15 minutes later. As i am driving 5 minutes away from the office they called to ask me if i could come back at 2:30.!!! So i turn around to go home, Its 2:30 and i am stuck in traffic 4 minutes away. Call the office to let them know i am 4 Minutes away. They say they cant take me. Are you kidding me? How do you run your business?? If i could give this no stars i would. WORST BUSINESS EVER. Do not go here, waste of time.

Be careful when dealing with this dental practice. Confirm what they will charge before they perform on-the-spot procedures, such as billing $300 to pull a baby tooth that doesn t even require Novocaine (they pulled 3 and charged us $900). Granted this is our fault for not asking prices before hand, but we trusted this dentist and are now paying for that trust.

Def. ask prices before service is done, i had teeth cleaned.only have front teeth all back are gone. was charged 200.00 and xrays and dentist came in for 10 seconds to say you have no cavities, and they charged me another 200.00 fir this .i def was ripped off. would never return there or tell anyone else to..total cost 400.00, i def feel like i was ripped off

These guys seem pretty desperate to get as much money from you as they can. Not very friendly personnel and the equipment seems fairly dated. In fact the entire place has a very aged feel to it. Wont be going back there.

this is a great practice and i highly recommend it,great and highly competent doctors,friendly and efficient staff,they are very knowledgeable on insurance questions .

Dr. Cohen was able to fix a crown that had not been put on correctly by previous dentist. I now go here for my cleanings and the hygenists here are very friendly.
