Ocean Dentistry is Excellent! If your looking for a new dentist, then this is the one for you. Dr. Ruan is the exact right mix of friendly and professional. She explains procedures very well and answers questions completely. As a very experienced dental patient, I am impressed by her training, dedication and competence. During my most recent visit, she performed a root canal for me with the most up-to-date tools and made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. The staff are pleasant and thoughtful. They are very helpful in working with you to get the best procedures done for you and your budget. About scheduling, every attempt is made to accommodate patients schedules. I love the e-mail reminders that allow you to re-confirm your appointments on line.

I have been trying many dentist offices in the cherry hill area. I recently booked an appointment with Dr. Ruan for my son and myself following the suggestion from my friend. I am very satisfied with the services from Dr. Ruan. She is charming and her service is excellent. She schedule the appointment based on your schedule. The office environment is very pleasant and the facilities are state-of-art, i enjoyed the friendly feeling and nice professionalism. I am very happy that i finally find the dentist for my family in the cherry hill area.

I switched to Dr. Ruan about one and half years ago because of family relocation. I arrived 15 minutes early for my first appointment and was a bit nervous. The front desk staff was extremely efficient and professional. I was seen exactly on time! That doesnt usually happen at any doctor visit! From X-rays to check-up, Dr. Ruan and her stuff did excellent job which put me at ease. The equipment at their new location is new and environment is clean. Professional and courteous! I will definitely continue my dental care with them.

I chose Dr. Ruans clinic not just because of Dr. Ruans highly recognized expertise in our community and always caring attitude toward her patients, but also very impressed with its nice & clean environment, as well as the newly acquired high-tech equipment. Outstanding! I admit that I am usually very anxious when I go to the dentist, but the friendly environment at Ocean Dentistry kept me comfortable and eased my anxieties. I was greeted with a smile by the staff. Doctor Ruan was phenomenal. She was so gentle and she explained everything that she was doing, so I felt comfortable. Everything went smoothly and it barely hurt.
