I will start off that the woman who helped me was quite friendly despite her being far too busy for one person. However, after waiting for over 20 minutes for my appointment, I was told that they ran out of my specific test and that I would need to come back at a later date. They never let me know ahead of time that I would be unable to get my required test and instead, they completely wasted my time. This place is in desperate need of proper organization.

The trouble with reviews is that most people only post when angry. I was shocked to see the low average rating and felt it was wrong. I go here twice a year and have done for many years. They have ALWAYS been polite. I usually go in within 10 minutes. Out of maybe 20 visits there was only one when I had a very long wait. All the rest were fantastic.

Waited hours without talking to anyone. People told us that they made their appointments while we were sitting there waiting and left before us. If you do NOT take walk-ins-it is ethical to be honest and let people know. I will be informing my insurance carrier how their preferred provider does business.

I hate getting lab work done not because of the needles but because I have to use Quest. They are understaffed, unfriendly and dont honor appointments. I just waited 40 minutes to be seen even though I had an appointment. When they finally saw me there was no apologies or reason given for the delay.

Terrible customer service. Karen is so rude and snapped at me for putting a sample in the wrong room. Last time I came here three people with appointments left without being serviced and I, too, left without getting my lab work done. They need more staff and please hire friendlier people next time.

I go to this location once a month. Sometime with an appointment sometimes without. The girls ALWAYS get my blood. Thats not easy on me. The place is clean, comfortable and I am always treated well. I go there for a blood draw and they get the job done.
