I dont think this store is honest. Ive tried to go there twice because they are so close; once was for frames repair and the second was to get lenses put in. Both were for frames I had bought elsewhere and I think that was the problem. Both times they told me they could do nothing because of some irreparable flaw in the frames. Both times I took the frames somewhere else and had my service done, not only without any problems, but without any warning of potential problems. I assume they must make huge margins on their own frames (which are stupid expensive), and merely wanted to sell me a completely unnecessary pair.

Although the eye exam was fine, which doesnt say much because anyone can ask if it is better here or here, Park Eye center strong arms you into ordering contacts and glasses through them. They refused to give me my prescription after my visit without my asking for it numerous times. After moving twice in one year I lost my glasses RX, I needed glasses right away but they refused to scan and email or read me the RX over the phone and insisted I come in from NYC or wait for it to be mailed.

My family has been getting eye exams and glasses here for years. We have great confidence in the optometrists and the staff is very helpful with choosing and fitting glasses. Weve never been charged for repairs & adjustments to glasses.
