The only reason I am posting my review is my experience was opposite of almost all the reviews here. I found the convenience of scheduling my appointment on the phone as simple and easy as could be which I made for 11am today 1/5/17. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly nurse who asked me to head into room #2. She took my information as it was my first visit there & put it in the system & then proceeded to take my blood (which she did a great job) for testing for my Doctor. I found the location to be clean, organized, helpful, fast, with a large waiting room that I never waited in !!!

The last 2 years I was here the service was excellent and the desk and lab tech were cheerful and professional. This year the front desk woman was a sourpuss and the technician was rude and surly. I dont know what happened, and sincerely hope it was just an anomaly or a "one-off"..

Rude customer serviceThe worse customer service I ever received, nasty and rude lady at the front desk.even the tech lady who taking the test is unprofessional. Not even a smile to the kids to make them comfortable. Should not get any stars

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Nasty, rude person working there! Maybe thats the problem! She was doing everything...but she definitely took it out on me! Her frustration was very much showing! Ugh!

Absolutely the worst scheduling voice prompt system. Its torture trying to get an appointment, reschedule or anything. Never using them again.
