Horrible - Would never go there again. Staff - very unfriendly - Dr. Connelly spent approximately 5 minutes with me - took off a small mole off my abdomen before I even knew he was going to do it - stuck a needle to remove it before I could decide whether I wanted it removed or not. Now there is a huge scab there instead of a tiny freckle sized mole that DID NOT NEED to be removed in the first place. I am sure he just wanted to add a huge surgery cost to my bill and that is why he did it. He is cold and unfriendly and has no people skills - he is out for the buck and not the patient. Would NEVER let him do anything at all to me of which he already did that I did not want done before it was TOO LATE. The worst Doctor I have EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE.

WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. PERIOD. Spent 5 minutes with me and removed a tiny freckle sized mole off my abdomen before I even knew he was going to do it. No communication - now I have a scab bigger than my tiny tiny mole. He is out for the buck - does not scare about the patient. I did not mark on my form that I was interested in Juvederm and I guess that made him decide to get in and out of my appointment as quickly as possible because he knew he was not going to get any extra money from me to ask for juvederm. YOU FEEL VERY SAD WHEN YOU LEAVE HIS OFFICE BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF KINDNESS WHICK NOONE BUT NOONE DISPLAYS IN THAT OFFICE.

from start to finish, probably the best medical experience ive ever had. scheduled the appointment for the next day with the actual doctor. that only happened because of a cancellation, but whatever - it happened. got there w/ papers already filled out (printed them out last night). waited maybe five minutes until i was seen. waited another five until doctor came in. perfect bedside manner. procedure took a matter of minutes and i was out. no issues whatsoever at any point. i expected many parts to not go nearly as smoothly and for some reason, every part went BETTER than id ever think they would.

Worst customer service. Always put you on hold. It is nearly impossible to talk to someone on the phone. I left two voicemails here and no one returned my calls. I called all day once from 12-4 to get test results and no one ever answers the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone I was put on hold for 20 minutes and they were extremely rude. For a doctors office, this is completely insane. They definitely dont know how to deal with people.

The absolutely worst office staff follow up Ive ever experienced in my need for any type doctor in my life. I would never offer to send anyone there for any reason. Ive called, left messages, even once got to speak with a warm body and was told someone would get right back to me .. Well thats been days and no reply.

The five stars are for the PAs especially Sean Adair. I agree with the others Dr Connelly spends at least 4 minutes with you.He rushed me and when I went to ask him something while paying he was already gone.He never used to be like that. My experience with his staff has always been positive
