After numerous failed attempts with other agencies I finally found an agency that truly cared. My parents and I have been with Always There for 3 years now, we first started with them just 20 hours a week until my mothers Alzheimers became worse and had to hire a live in. At first I was very nervous but Mariela, (the owner!) came the next day with the live in. She introduced the caregiver to my parents and had a nurse train the caregiver specifically for that case. My parents have had the same live in for 2 years now. Even when our caregiver goes home for a vacation, Mariela is back again with the temporary caregiver and the nurse trains them specifically to work with my parents. Mariela gave me such peace of mind that my husband and I were able to retire and move to Florida. Always There gave my parents the stability and help that they always needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALWAYS THERE!

Mariela truly cares about providing quality care for the elderly. Her aids, though at times can be a little difficult to communicate with, are trained reasonably well considering the nature of the service. In a service industry where "5s" probably dont exist, Always There is a solid 4
