As a new parent, finding a pediatrician that I trusted and felt comfortable with was very important to me. I did a lot of research online for peds in Bergen County, and narrowed it down to a few offices in Paramus and Hackensack. Upon my first well visit, I knew I had found the right place. Dr. Kushner and Dr. Garofalo are thorough, patient, kind, informative, caring ... everything you could want for your childs pediatrician. I dont usually bother writing reviews, but I couldnt have made it through the beginning without this office, and I hope this information is helpful for other new parents.

Failed to diagnose infection despite obvious signs - I had to insist on having blood and urine cultures drawn(apparently having a 104 degree fever without any other symptoms was normal) for a week before my daughter was finally treated by Dr. Garofalo. After that episode, I quickly left the practice!
