Worst cleaning ever. Dr. Bhatti had me in and out in 10 minutes. In those 10 minutes she barely glanced at my mouth, numbed my gums (for a cleaning??), and when it came time to floss, she missed a few teeth and the ones she did floss, she barely brought the floss down - normally when I or the hygienist flosses the floss is wrapped around the tooth to the right and the tooth to the left, down to the gums. When she flossed, it was like she was tickling the top of my teeth (those teeth she did touch). The actual cleaning with the machine was a joke. She barely glided the buffer (dont know what its called) over my teeth in one line across the whole row. Usually, at other places, the hygienist will do circular motions on each individual tooth. So, everything was quick and sloppy, and if youre looking for a QUICK cleaning - but not thorough - this is the place for you. Oh yeah, and the room they had me in smelled so strongly of dental cleaning products and chemicals that I could barely breathe. The establishment uses a building that was once a house, and I didnt see any type of air ventilation on the premises. p.s. I have a feeling there is a high turnover with the staff because the assistant, Ruth, didnt know how to turn the water on to fill up my cup, and had to ask Dr. Bhatti.

She horrible service she did a root canal and put a crown on and the crown came off twice out of pay her $50 twice to glue the crown back on tonight Im into my mouth and then I went there again the third time because the the crown came off for her to glue it back and she told me she wont do it to go to another dentist after she got paid from state insurance and my daughter went there herself and she said her fingernails were disgusting shame on her and then I called the office and the dentist wouldnt talk to me. I went to the office and she wouldnt come out the room obverse what happened. I would not recommend anyone to go to that facility.

To be honest, I have always been a bit afraid of the dentist, but with Dr.Bhatti I felt at ease. She is a great dentist who is calm and when she is working. When I walked in, the friendly receptionist made me feel relaxed and tension free before the cleaning by helping me with my paperwork and answering any questions I had. After a 10-15 minute wait I saw the doctor and had my exam. Overall, I feel that Personalized Dentistry is an amazing office and I will be sticking with this doctor for a long time.

I agree with Sara. My dentists in the past would methodically clean each tooth, one by one until the job was done. These cleanings do not seem very thorough. All over the place, zip zip. Done. Not the kind of cleaning I have ever experienced in my lifetime of many dental visits.

I completely disagree with Sara .. I just got my cleaning and is really Good Dr.Bhatti is an Amazing Dental Doctor and is Great at what she does.. I always have been afraid of Dentist unlike The other dentist she actually cares about her patients.
