Never go here!!!!!! I have never seen such an office looking for all ways to get from patients. They will make you sign for the prescription of glasses $100, only HERE! The staff is very unprofessional, nobody actually knows what they are doing, all of them are just walking around for ni reason. After the eye exam they will make you watch lots of stupid unnecessry videos in a freezing room and obviously this is also included in the huge bill. And the the doc spends maximum 5 min with you! I would Never reccomwnd this place for any eye issues!

I have been to this office a couple times and have never had to wait very long although I have never been there in the middle of the day. The doctor and staff listened very carefully to my symptoms, documented, and addressed them all. He and his staff are very professional and friendly. I always pay the copay that is required by my insurance company and the amount is printed on the back of my card.

My appointment took two hours for a routine annual eye exam. The staff was horridly inconsiderate of my time. The doctor spends very little time with you considering the amount of time he makes you wait. Also, if you are looking to save money, dont go here. They make you pay your co-pay for annual routine eye exam when it is usually covered by insurance as preventative care for all other doctors.

My experience was VERY unprofessional, as I waited for about 3 hours and only had 5 minutes to speak with the eye care "professional". They seemed to only care about their Flux of people and not on the person at hand. They also did not inform me on all the information I needed while I was there; rushing through the appointment. I would not recommend going here. Unsatisfactory to say the Least !

The doctor and his staff fit me in on an emergency situation and I wasnt even his patient at the time. He and his staff are wonderful and caring and thorough and he will be my opthamalogist from now on. Thank you to all of you for taking the time to see me and then send me on to the wonderful Retina Clinic in Mine Hill. They all took care of me late in the day on a Friday afternoon.

Your overated and misleading product you have endorsed called Dial-vision is the worst product i have ever seen and had the mistake of ordering. At some point you must have forgotten the ethics of innovation and this product will stain your reputation.
