Kuflik Dermatology

After a skin cancer screening in April, the doctor informed me that I had a suspicious area on my leg. I called for an appointment with Dr. Julianne Kuflik. She has treated me for a few years now. I had MOHS surgery on my nose a few years ago. The dermatologist doing the screening as well as another doctor here in DE both commented, "Nice job !" When I called for the appointment, the person offered to get me in sooner to see a PA, especially if I was concerned about the area. I appreciated that very much. However, I made the appointment for later with Dr. Kuflik. I arrived, filled out some paper work and was called in to the examine room in less than fifteen minutes. Every staff member was courteous and friendly. Dr. Kuflik examined me and offered me a couple of options. I chose to have it treated right away. Dr. Kuflik is thorough, professional and caring. She definitely has a gift. After the procedure, Dr. Kuflik instructed me as to the care of my leg, what to look for and that the biopsy results would come in about two weeks. It was worth the trip to Jersey. Susan Kuz

I went to this practice a few years ago. I had very pleasant experiences with his staff but not with the Dr. He always seemed rushed & even annoyed when I asked him questions. Ive been to dermatologists who actually CARE about their patients and want the patients to feel informed and calm (as opposed to annoyed) when they walk out. He got me so upset that I avoided all dermatologists for years after dealing with him. Id say the only way anyone could be happy with him as their Doctor is if theyve never been to a nice, caring doctor. I would never advise anyone to go to him & actually have steered people away from him & will continue to do so if given the opportunity. I would say again though that the staff is WONDERFUL! Im surprised such nice people work for such an egotistical guy.

In March and April of this year I had 3 basal and 1 squamous cell lesions surgically removed from my face and neck. I was very pleased with the result- even now the scars are barely noticeable. From the first encounter with the staff; reception, nurses, PAs etc I found them to be competent, caring and efficient. The wait time was minimal; appointments were carefully honored. Precautions were taken to prevent infections both before and after the procedures and medical conditions were part of the planning. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Dr. Kufliks practice of dermatology to my friends. BTW Coffee, juice and crackers would be a delightful and appreciated add on while waiting for biopsy results. Thank you.

I visited the kuflik office 2 times, first time I met with mark Mazak and the girls tina and tiffany and the rest of the staff was so nice and helpful! my first visit went smooth, and my second as well. im not a fan of doctors, but dont mind coming to this dermatology office for things they specialize in. definitely will recommend mark Mazak and tell everyone how nice, friendly and helpful everyone is there!! thanks again

I was in a lot of pain when I called to see if they had any appointments available tonight. Not only was the woman in the phone dismissive; when I asked if the office had any emergency visits she laughed and yea no. Not what I expected.
