Staff was very rude and unprofessional. The woman at the front desk was watching Netflix on her phone in front of patients and the phlebotomist was not compassionate for those who are afraid of needles. Will not be returning to this location.

The staff had an elderly person wait for over an hour because they did not have an online reservation. LONG wait and the staff is less than courteous. I will never go back to this location.

Be prepared to wait. There were five people in front of me and its been half an hour and there are still three ahead of me. Slow and seem that they dont care.
