The staff was very kind, very helpful and radiated warmth. The woman at reception was super kind and the nurse was very sweet. And then, Dr. Kalirao showed up. She was rude, disinterested and acted like I was wasting her time. She barely let me speak after I mentioned having anxiety about a drug Id been prescribed as my family has a history of allergic reactions to it. I asked for a different drug and got "if you REALLY need me to" as a response. I couldnt even believe it. She asked me if I wanted my culture to be sent out as if she didnt care at all. As the patient, I feel its her call on whether or not to send out cultures to labs, but she said, "if you REALLY need me to send it, I will". Yeah, way to be condescending. She left the room without any sort of parting words and I wasted 45 minutes waiting for this woman to come back! Dr. Kalirao is a rotten person and its obvious that she no longer cares about bedside manner and only worries about how much shes getting paid.

Secretaries were very friendly and helpful, especially since this was my first time coming to the Urgent Care, had zero problem giving me a copy of my intro forms. After signing in waited about 30-40 minutes, there were 2 people ahead of me. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. After being taken back to the exam room (the room is pretty small, had a high backed exam chair rather than a bed). After about 20 minutes a Dr. Daniels came in, she was very helpful and friendly, and was able to help with everything I needed and then some.

The care there was fine. I wound up only needed a prescription for a sinus infection. The bad thing was not being told about the cost of the service at the front desk when I gave them my insurance cards. This should have been considered like a doctors visit in which I have a 20.00 co-pay. Instead I received a 350.00 invoice. I should have been warned that a co-pay for DR visit was not valid. I would have walked out for that ridiculous charge.

They should not advertise that they treat toddlers if they cannot examine them or handle themproperly. Took my 19 month old in on a Sunday bc she had a low grade temperature all weekend. The nurse was great with her but the doctor did not know how to hold her to examine her ears. It was a complete waste of time. My daughter screamed the entire time and the doctor could not give me a definitive answer on whether or not she had a ear infection.

Im currently sitting here. My girlfriend has been waiting 30 minutes to be called up to check in. Theres only one other person here but the receptionist is talking and laughing with her friend rather than checking the sign in sheet. Theyve been laughing and whispering since we walked in and the lady who was already in here is clearly very ill. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. If my girlfriend wasnt so sick Id leave. Get it together.

Ive always had a great experience here. Never had to wait long. Always got the right diagnosis and prescription. Staff is always friendly. Ive gone here for myself several times, and have taken my young children when our pediatrics was closed or not convenient. Highly recommend.
