My Dr wanted a series of tests, the phlebotomist Melanie was rude, and short with the patients. Kept calling everything stupid, the Drs who order the scripts, the computer system. Was talking with the other lady about my scripts and how stupid it was that the Dr ordered something out of their norm. Made me feel like something was wrong with me, I cant help what the Dr ordered and Im glad he ordered it to give me the best care. I was not given the best care here. Instead of settling my nerves only made them worse

Location was closing early for a training, which was not the issue but the staff came out and was rude. I was there an hour before they were scheduled to close and she came out and said, " we are closing at 11 and we cant guarantee everyone will be seen. If you were last to sign in you actually probably wont get seen. "Someone made the comment that they were not taking people quickly. Clearly everyone just wanted to get out for the half day.

The employees dont seem to care about their jobs or being helpful. I watched as they sit and do nothing to help the growing line of people. It took almost an hour even with an appointment.

First time at this Quest. Waited no more than 10 min. Phlebotomist very nice, skilled and pain free! Loved the Halloween decorations. Will go here again, time permitting.

Never had to wait more than 20. Min during full house, as a walk-in. Best time I found is 9-10am.
