Conducted annual physical. 1. Blood, Urine and stool tests were not part of the exam. Request was necessary. 2. Not instructed to fast before physical for cholesterol testing. 3. Requested copy of Doctors physical report along with blood/urine results. a. Report did not include blood pressure results because they were not recorded according to office. b. Urine test results were not recorded because they said it was "normal" hence there is no record of the actual results.

Been seeing Dr Stallone for over 14 years. I moved to NC and when I moved back I moved 20 miles away from this office and still go see him. I have recommended him to everyone I know. Just love him.

Dr. Stallone is very thorough, patient, professional doctor and has a wonderful beside manor. He is an excellent doctor and takes his time to explain things to his patients.
