My cat came home just now with a horrible dog bite on his neck and they wouldnt take us at 6:38pm when I called and said Im five minutes away because they close at 7. That kind of response disgusts me on every level. I stayed open for people when I worked retail but a badly hurt cat and family member of ours that sleeps on my four year olds bed with him, they cant look at on a Tuesday evening? Oh let me just schedule in my cats emergency or drag my kid to Orchard Park emergency. You guys SUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCKKKKKK. Obviously its about making money for you people and you dont care about the animals like your business requires. Someday when this amazing, epic beast of a cat dies, Ill preserve his heart and lend you it because obviously you people dont have any. SHAME.

Called for my little dog, who had a due date in 2 weeks. First litter. Perry had examined her and run her progesterone testing. She was having a black discharge - usually means death or severe infection. They would not let me bring her in! Neither office. Just said, "no, sorry we dont have time for her today". I explained that it was an emergency; nope. They didnt offer any other day or suggest another Vet - nothing. I called Hilton - DrTim Bosleys office. They said to bring her right in! Even though I hadnt been there in 15 years! Within two hours she was having an emergency c-section.

The staff has been very kind and compassionate. They went above and beyond when my Rex had multiple health problems. Dr. Gwen spoke with me twice that awful night he got really Ill. Rex had a very peaceful passing under a tree on the grounds of the office. He was sedated and I talked and held him. I could not ask for a better end to my boys life, tho it ripped my heart out, I took comfort in his peaceful passing.

Brought my dog here for fleas. The vet hit my dog in the ribs, pulled his tail and squeezed his nose. Ill never go here again. Anyone who truly loves animals would never treat them like that. Just know how your animal might be treated in front of you, or even worse if you have to leave them there and no one is looking. Everyone else who works there is very nice and kind to animals besides the vet.

The staff at State Street Animal Hospital is amazing. Everyone is very nice and helpful towards your pet. I have been coming here for years when our family had a rabbit and after he passed away we got two cats. The staff is of great service and a great place to bring your pets for health.

All of the staff at State Street animal hospital are fantastic, competent and compassionate! At this point in time they have been with me through three cats. Even when I adopted a very sick cat From another countys animal shelter, they helped me give that little cat good quality of life.

I had the worst experience! Staff was rude! The was dirty, cant believe they are even vets!I took my dog to pumpkinhill and dr. Mathes was 100% better!
