I never had any issue with my cleaning or when issues needed to be addressed, except for the fact I had to pay so much out of pocket at the time of service. Long story short I realized that this dentist was not in my network and hence the big expenses. So financially it made sense to find a dentist in network. I called and was told I has to send an email for the request. No big deal except for I never got a reply. I called again and the said they would not send the details to me directly but they needed an email from the new dentist. Not a very pleasurable conversation. A bit rude actually. When I called back with the new email the person was nice until I stated I needed my records sent to a new dentist she became quite rude. "I"ll send them over when I have time. Click". I didnt even have time to say thank you. They make you feel guilty for doing something better for yourself.

This trip to the dentist cost me hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. The front desk is so in competent they never sent my claim to my insurance, even after assuring me they did. Months pasted and I never received a reimbursement from my insurance, when I inquired why, the insurance company sent me a statement saying they received the claim too late, in excess of 6 months! I will never go back, and I warn you, pay them after your insurance pays you. They were completely unapologetic, "Oh, looks like we didnt send that in".... WTF?

Dr. Ern is outstanding. I need a lot of work and I only just started with him. Cant wait to see the end results since the temporary work is so fine, right out of their on-site lab with no waiting. The practice staff is wonderful too. Everyone is so considerate. MaryAnn, Mo, Marie - taking all the time I need to be comfortable about what are to me very important decisions. I cant thank them enough for making all this so easy and pain-free. Everyone - especially Dr. Ern - thank you so very very much.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Ern, Michelle, and dental hygienist extraordinaire, Francine, and I am super satisfied. The office is lovely; staff is top-notch and Ive gone from sepia-tinted teeth to sparkling pearly whites. I need a follow up to remove tartar below the gum line, as well teeth whitening. My most recent experience at Putnam Dental is one that was long awaited in my life. After wearing a "Partial" appliance for too long, I finally decided to give myself the best possible gift, that of Dental Implants. Last Thursday was the big day that Dr. Cafarelli completed the procedure and from that very day, I feel as though they are all mine. No discomfort, only real satisfaction...wishing I could have done it decades ago.

Am extremely apprehensive when it comes to dentists. But my experience with Putnam Dental has been awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There is a very relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Holtz is the best. She works out a plan that works for you. She is funny and friendly which made my anxiety disappear. Thank you. Highly recomend.

Im a big baby when it comes to the dentist, but they were very nice and gentle. I had an infected wisdom tooth removed and didnt feel a thing. I went from 2 weeks of severe pain to instant relief in one appointment.
