my son and I were in unexpectedly a few months ago, he cut his eyebrow wide open! I was panicked and upset because I thought for sure he needed stitches. From the moment we arrived the staff was wonderful. We got right in, no waiting! The nurses were all absolutely phenomenal, they made me as a panicked mother feel at ease but most importantly they made my son (18 months old) feel like he was the star of the show! They would take him for walks and everyone would give him high fives, he thought he was "the man". The doctor was phenomenal, if I didnt know any better I would say she specialized in working with small children! She knew exactly what to do every step of the way proving me with completely details of her every step and while doing so she kept me feeling completely comfortable as well as my son. He didnt even move a muscle! Absolutely amazing staff, I would recommend anyone to strong west!

Yup 5 stars. I dont throw those around either. I consider myself a fair patron. I criticize and applaud appropriately. From the moment I walked into the ED at Strong West it felt like I was being taken care of by my mom or a really close aunt. From the nurses to the doctors to the lad that escorts you to CT Scan in a wheelchair. Fantastic facility and staff. Thanks guys. I owe ya one.

better than lakeside used to be but they have literally no sense of urgency whatsoever. I can hear nurses talking inappropriately within earshot of my girlfriends room and we had to hit the call button to get anyones attention. facility has improved since strong took over, nurses are friendly, but the wait time is sub standard for a suburban hospital.

Absolutely unreliable. I had a test there and two weeks later they still did not send the results to the doctor. I called to ask about it and after they asked all kind of questions to make sure I am who I am they told me to call another number. From there I was given another number. It took about a day to get to the end of it.

Ive used strong West 3 times for my self and for the best care and quickly. My second time in the ER was for a horrible allergy to a baby lamb. I went in today for very very bad sinus pressure and was remembered for the time i was in with the allergy!! Very happy with strong West.

Took such great care of my husband for crush injury to his hand, fractured fingers and lacerations....the staff could not have been nicer and helped calm him and me down....Mandy, RN and Randi, the Physicians Assistant were top notch! Kudos to Strong West ED! Thank you!

Well its not a big ER/hospital but a dame good place. Grate improvement from the old brockport hospital. Dont mind coming here now... not scared anymore lol.
