Im posting this review on behalf of my father who is not very tech savvy. He got a bridge at Advanced Dentistry earlier this summer. They told him that his insurance was going to pay for most of the service. Then they started his dental work and began drilling his teeth down. In the MIDDLE of the drilling, the dentist stopped, told him that insurance was only covering $200, and asked him how he was going to pay for the rest of the procedure (an additional $2,800). Because my father wasnt able to afford that, the only option available for him was to finance the work through CareCredit. This was a cosmetic procedure that was not absolutely necessary, and had they informed him PRIOR to the service that he would have to come up with $2800, he would not have went through with it. Oh, by the way... The bridge is several shades too light. And instead of offering to stain it to the correct color, they are suggesting that he either bleach the rest of his teeth or do another bridge to change the color of his front teeth (As if he hasnt wasted enough money on unnecessary dental services). These people are crooks. They are trapping people into financing unnecessary services and its disgusting. Do not waste your time going there.

Dr. Ahdut is simply one of the best dentists in Brooklyn, NY, period! I have done 2 root canals with him and I could not be happier. At first, I was told by other dental clinics that I needed to have my teeth extracted and get implants but after a consultation with Dr. Ahdut he quickly assured me he could do a root canal instead. He saved my teeth. My teeth were hurting and I believed I also had gum disease when I went to see him. But he took care of the problems. I am so happy that I chose him as my dentist. I highly recommend him, hes an excellent choice for your dental care.
