Ive actually only had 1 appointment with Dr. Osei-Tutu. The initial appointment went well and I was scheduled for a follow up visit for a biopsy about 30 days later. Unfortunately, a work obligation came up and I was unable to maintain that appointment, so I contacted the office to reschedule. This is where the nightmare began. Unless you are in the office making a face to face appointment, it is so hard to reschedule. I just gave up in the end and made another appointment with a dermatologist with greater availability. Initially, I was excited about Dr. Osei-Tutu because I heard such great things about her, but with her limited schedule and difficulty rescheduling appointments, I have to seek help elsewhere.

Some of her recommendations for my dark spots included: - dont smoke (on my intake form I stated that Ive never smoked) - use concealer That was my takeaway for a $175 visit. Plus, the Retinol and all natural products she recommended caused an allergic reaction on my face for a week after the first application. Also, the Brooklyn office looked nothing like the photos online.

I LOVE Dr. Osei-Tutu! Visiting her office in Great Neck is like sitting in a friends living room. The decor and piped in music add to its appeal. I have referred my family and friends to her. I suffer with hair loss and understand it took years for my condition to get this bad and it will take a while to repair the damage I have done.
