In response to "Gentle and Personal." As for being an "obvious spammer" youre wrong......I too would typically not write a review on something like this but my experience left me so appalled that I felt the need to share it with others as to prevent them from having the same. Im not sure where you saw 2 posts from me.....perhaps you did, but what difference does that make anyway? Im very happy for you that you had a better experience than I did. But what I wrote on.....was exactly what I experienced. There is no reason fo me to make something like that up! And having a good experience does not cancel out the fact that there is a Medical Assistant (not a Nurse) caring for postop patients in a recovery room or that the person administering the anesthesia is a Nurse Anesthetist (even though the people who work there refer to this person as an anesthesiologist) Being a medical professional myself I asked for clarification of who exactly was administering anesthesia and only then was the title changed to Nurse anesthetist. Which was fine with me, but people shouldnt be told thy are being cared for by an anesthesiologist when in fact they are not. I also asked if all f the physicians were board certified and was told that they ALL were....however once I reesearched the doctors online not ALL of them were. As for JCHAO accredidation......have you ever worked in a Physicians office or Hospital? Reading what is written on the clinics website doesnt mean you know a thing about JCHAO. LOL I also find it disturbing that you chose this facility ...as you wrote... because "they had the most informative and cleanest website" certainly not the means a well-educated person would utilize as a deciding factor. The website was my frst step, I then went on to research the doctors themselves and would only be seen on a day where a board certified physician would be doing the procedure. I did research off their website. Anyhow, again I am glad that you had a positive experience. I did not, and the follow-up visit was no better. Perhaps I just have higher expectations in this area. I also have health insurance which they billed like crazy as I am sure they dont get many private patients they see dollar signs if someone has insurance. Its a clinic like any other clinic and noone should be fooled into thinking they are getting top notch private professional care as you would in a Dr office. Like I said the place was clean, instruments sterile....but the professionalism was sub par and I think that they need to be more straightforward regarding the credentials their employees hold. They also need to adhere to appointments better so people arent waiting in the hall for extended periods of time......or make it a first come first served facility. Im sure there are worse facilities out there. My review was to simply inform others about the experience I had at this particular facility. I did not, and still do not feel that the image they portray on their website is equivalent to the quality of care you actually receive.

Avoid at all costs! The reason I ended up here is because I was looking for a clinic with a female doctor. After calling about fifteen places I found this office and was told by the receptionist that the doctor is a woman and is here every day. WRONG! After sitting in the waiting room for an hour I was called in by an office manager who explained to me that the female doctor did not come in today. I found out later that they do one have one on staff at all. At this point (after sitting in traffic for over an hour to get here, looking for parking and waiting at the office for an hour) I agreed to just go with the doctor on staff. I was also asked to sign papers that stated that I agree with accepting anesthesia and after asking why this was needed (the whole point of an aspiration procedure is that you do not need to be sedated, it takes 5 minutes and is pretty painless) the womans response was - I dont know what they do in other places, but this is what we do. The entire staff is very unprofessional and cold. They treat patients like cattle. There is no time spent with the doctor, no questions answered. To top it all off a month later I received a bill for $700! from a lab for services and tests I did not agree to. I called the finance department and let me tell you - Anna is the nastiest person I have ever spoken to on the phone. She told me the test is a requirement by law (it is not!), she said a manager will call back, I said she never does, the answer - well, then I cant help you! Wow!

This was one of the worst experiences Ive encountered in the medical profession. I almost cried in the office with how Dr. Kelly treated me. I had an appointment for a pap smear and to obtain birth control. After waiting for 2.5 hours (even with an appointment) She refused to give me birth control, unless I did an ADDITIONAL $90, vaginal ultrasound. This was a completely invasive procedure, that did not NEED to happen. There was only 1 doctor and the waiting room had over 50 people in it at all times. Every chair was filled. The doctor was condescending and rude. Its really unfortunate that I need to go back for my results. Ill never do this again. *** I am editing this for an update. I was required to go in for my results. After waiting 1 hour, the receptionist told me they could not find my results. I had to call my roommate so that I could find out which laboratory my results were processed in!! After finding the results, I found out the doctor ordered the WRONG TEST. Instead of an STD check, I got an HPV check. She gave me a coupon for 70% off. Except when I called to pay my bill, the laboratory said they do not do that. So I called the doctors office to ask them whats going on, and they said "O they are only charging you $80? Thats a good deal, and you should take it" I will pay full price for a test I never wanted. This was a nightmare from beginning to end. The receptionists and the doctor were the worst. Pay the extra few bucks, go somewhere else.

This was the Worst place that Ive ever been to. I went there 16 weeks pregnant then they told me to come back two weeks later. I did, then they sent me to go to more tests. My baby was diagnosed with Gastroschisis, instead of them being positive about it and try to help me with other options the first and only option they had for me was an abortion. The light skinned lady named Keisha lied to me as well as Dr. Marashi saying the my baby would be in and out of the hospital and eventually die. Then when my boyfriend came in to speak with them they lied saying that I scheduled the abortion and came up with the whole idea myself when they were the ones who suggested it. They also told me my baby is at risk of having down syndrome without even being absolutely sure. Dr. Marashi was blatantly rude to me and asked me if I had learning problems just because I was in denial of my baby being sick and it was just heart breaking to even hear that. Now Im unhappy they talked me into getting an abortion. They are the worst and the waiting period is like 1-2 hours with an appointment made. I promise the next time that I get pregnant I will never go back to this trashy place. F**K THEM ALL! Come to find out I did more research and the survival rate is above 90%
