Well Towne Nursing is deceitful. They give you an employee handbook that is very brief and vague.I believe it is so just that they would shield themselves from liability. They refuse to pay for orientation and training. When orientation is over, they tell you "when you start training well pay you." When you start training you ask "when am I getting paid?" When you finish training and start working. Its the story of the rabbit and the carrot tide to a string. They are deceitful and pay the lowest for nurses and CNAs.

When you first call the receptionist is very rude and nasty, they should remember this is the face of their company because she is really something. She screams on the phone at me and does not let me speak and screams. I decided and went to go to another agency because this company never called me back to place me as a nurse and I refuse to call again and have to speak with that nasty woman.

Avoid at all cost. If there were an option for Zero stars, this place would have it. Terrible agency and should be reported to the better business bureau.. Low pay Lack of respect Youre basically just a number an aide..a fill in ..youre there to make this agency money. They could care less about your well being, or work rights. Makes me sick just thinking about them.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that while other agencies throughout NYC offer CNAs $10 per hour to start, this one only offers $8.75 per hour AND charges a $65 PROCESSING FEE. Makes you wonder if theyre pocketing the difference without your agreeing to it.

Terrible, low class, no respect Agency. 2013 they were paying $8.00. What they think, slavery is over!! They make all the money and the CNAs work like dogs!! Please!!
