Horrible! Staff was rude and I saw 3 patients walk out while waiting for over an hour to be seen. Truly disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the staff and how completely rude they were to older patients as well. No empathy for older patients needing assistance! They talk about patients and staff at the front desk. Im sure a few hipaa policies have been breached. I certainly will not be back! Shame on this practice!

It mystifies one why bother to make an appointment. Staff is never ready and today only three clients waiting. But I was treated to talk about a home rehab and how a big box stores shoppers are biazze. Finally prelims done more 30 mins after scheduled time. Too bad on time performance isnt kept like airlines.

I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. The staff was courteous and helpful. I felt all my questions were answered and I did not feel pressured to get new frames when my script had not changed much. that being said, they have a HUGE selection of frames.
