Upon the first phone call I was assured they accepted medicaid so I booked my appointment, that was a little over 3 weeks away. Less than two days before my appointment they called and said they were mistaken, they dont accept the type of medicaid I have! Way to go Canandaigua Eye Care Center!

They lied to me and told me that they took my insurance. After spending tons of money and going to multiple appointments, still didnt get proper care for my eyes and couldnt afford contacts after they told me my insurance wouldnt cover anything. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
