I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and filled out the necessary paperwork. After 30 minutes of not being seen and other patients complaining in the waiting room about being there for over 45 minutes, I asked for an update because I had to get back to work. The receptionist asked and they said it wouldnt be long. 15 minutes later I was called in before 2 people that were there before me. When I got in the room she was very polite, but she rushed through everything. Barely asked me any medical questions. Im not sure the check was even thorough. To top it off, when I went to check out, I was told they dont accept cards!! Only cash and check. When I called to make my appointment, no one mentioned that to me. I have an FSA that I use to pay my medical expenses and I couldnt even use it. Theyre going to send a bill to my house. They need to stop double/triple booking time slots or they need better time management. They also need to get into the 21st century and allow payment by card. Not pleased at all.

I tried to set up an appointment for my daughter. I was told that my insurance was not acceptable. I mentioned she had a growth and I really just wanted it at least diagnosed so I offered to pay out of pocket. I was told that the doctor doesnt accept cash. I asked if an exception could be made and I mentioned I was willing to pay ahead or give a deposit if need be. I was still refused. I find it appalling that someone who has taken a medical oath would refuse to help someone solely on their method of payment. My wife and I both work full time and we pay for health insurance and yet that still isnt good enough to get a diagnosis on something that could potentially be life threatening. I wish I could give a rating lower than one star.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Dr Grant was very nice. I felt she was very knowledgeable. I went for a couple of spots on my face. She took her time and she even did a full body inspection. I was even able to schedule a biopsy for the very next day! I see that some people complain about long waits, but she was on time for me. Additionally I would rather wait a little longer to get quality time with the Doctor than to be on time and to be pushed through like cattle and to be just a number. I will go back.

I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room while she got 3 other patients in and out. When i went in(I wanted a full body exam) she barely looked at me(as Im assuming was the case with the 3 patients before me as well). I went to the appointment hoping to gain peace of mind, but she barely glanced at my skin and I felt she was not thorough. I will schedule an appointment with another doctor who will take their time. It seems she is trying to just get as many patients in and out of the office, rather than giving quality treatment.

Completely shady business practice in my opinion. She did a full body exam even tho I only wanted a spot on my neck looked at. Told me she only took cash. Told her I was ten dollars short of the $110 she was asking. She said I could come back later. Then I realized I had the ten dollars in my car. And she waited while i got it. Totally strange. Then she billed me another 130 dollars after the fact! What medical practice only takes cash? Would ABSOLUTELY WARN AGAINST HER.

If you need an appointment fast and from someone dependable this is the place to go. I got an appointment in just two days. Most dermatologist in the capital district wont take appointments for 4 to 5 Months or More! Gretchen was very friendly and took care of my diagnosis quickly and accurately. Staff was also very friendly. Only draw back is that dont take credit cards. I recommend this place to anyone.

My first experience with Dr. Grant was very positive. She was able to see me the next day! This is incredible for capital city area dermatologists because typically they never take new patients. She was very nice and so was the staff. My biopsy results came back in a timely manner and Im very pleased! Would definitely recommend.

Went three times, over 35 minute wait, the different medicines, none worked. Finally went to another derm. They got it right the first time and I wasnt rushed. I walked out on my fourth visit after waiting 45 minutes, and sent them a 75$ cancellation fee and refused to pay theirs. DO NOT GO HERE.

I like the doctor and the staff. No problem there or taking my insurance. I think she is a good doctor. Just wish they took plastic. They could be a bit speedier. Should book appt.s a bit further apart. I will go back to her.

My experience with Doctor Grant was very good. The office gave me an appointment within a week. The doctor was very nice. One small downside is that I waited quite a while past the time of my appointment.

Very nice office environment, friendly staff and the doctor was very kind and knowledgeable! I recommend this practice highly. I even got a lollipop! =)

I liked dr Grant and my visit went well. My only complaints she doesnt have a credit card machine so you have to pay cash or check. Very inconvenient.
