Couldnt get an appointment when I was reacting to my medication because "all of the doctors are on vacation." The girls who answer the phones are EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, uncaring, with horrible attitudes. My doctor prescribed me three medications that you are not supposed to take together and I have been ill for months over it now. I called and asked for my records and was told I wasnt allowed to have them. When I told them I was transferring doctors and did not want to be a patient anymore, they finally sent my records over and then sent me a letter in the mail stating "I dont want to be your doctor anymore." Disgusting.

Ive been a patient here since I was a new born. Never a problem until recent years. I have been prescribed the wrong medication since August and now my body is reacting. No one here is helpful nor wants to go out of their way to solve a problem. The nurse I spoke to had no problem CANCELLING me as a patient. I was shocked that this practice does not care about my well being.
