Animal Hospital of Sullivan County is almost a part of our family! They have taken care of our pets for many years and many pets. Most just routine checks but we had a kitten that just wrapped herself around our hearts. Dr. B took care of her for a week and was keeping in touch with the practice when she was out of town. We never figured out what was wrong with Gracie and at the end of the week we had to put her down. There was not a dry eye in the place. Two more kittens took her place a few months later. We also have a German Shorthair Pointer that loves going to see her friends at AHOSC. She has bordered there often. She gets so excited the minute we drive into the parking lot. Once inside, I sometimes think she will jump over the counter to get to Addie, Sally or Michelle. She is affectionately known as "Wiggle Butt". We feel so comfortable bordering her there. Our newest member, Sawyer, a rescued Border Collie/Beagle mix Was timid on his first visit but has since come to love it there too. So if you are looking for a professional, caring staff to care for your pets, we could not be happier than at AHOSC. Something new they are trying is sending emails of the doctors notes for every visit. Makes record keeping much easier and saves time at the end of a visit. I have to say as nice as the people and facilities are at this clinic, I am simply not happy with how my dog and I were treated. We went in for routine puppy shots and I explained that the last dose caused some adverse effects. The vet just said "huh, weird" and proceeded to give my dog an even stronger dose. Before I knew it, my dog went into a severe and life threatening reaction due to the shot. I was terrified to find her collapse and pee all over me. They took her in the back and said Id have to come back later. Luckily my dog made it through the critical shock phase and survived the reaction. But I hardly survived the bill for the work they had to do to repair the damage these recommended shots caused. They wouldnt even extend a payment plan for the exorbitant and unexpected charge for their drug pushing. Im not intending to return to the facility since they did not even apologize for nearly killing my dog.

Dr B and the entire staff at the Animal Hospital have been wonderful! They have always treated us and our pets with the utmost care, respect and compassion! Recently our girl Riley had a growth that was suspicious for a cancerous lesion! Dr B gave us the information we needed to make a difficult decision. She gave me detailed estimates of what surgery and after care would cost and choices on how to pay. Yes it was expensive! Surgery is! But they do offer payment plans where you can divide the cost over a certain amount of months and many other payment choices! Thankfully our girl Riley is going to be fine! The surgery was successful and the growth was removed with no issues! Thank you Dr B, Sally, Addie and all of the staff at the Animal Hospital of Sullivan County for taking such good care of Riley and the rest of us too!

I have been going to this vet for many many years. I cant say enough about her knowledge, caring and attentiveness to all my pets. If there is something she doesnt know, (which is rarely ) she always does research on it and learns, and I wouldnt trade her for the world. Her staff is always on top of everything and always so kind , and returns all my calls without fail. The building is so very clean and comfy. My pets are in the best care I can ever hope for here, and for that, I am grateful. They are my world. And this animal hospital makes sure I will always have them with me. She also, in my opinion, is way ahead in her medical knowledge , Id almost say Id chose her as my doctor, but I only have 2 legs....cant give it enough stars!

Way to expensive and care was terrible my pup was getting neutered and came out all bruise up from head to butt understand that there's some bruising but my dog looked like he was beaten she had to bring me into a separate room before I could see my pup then smack me with a 1400 bill I could not believe this never again never Dr you really should be ashamed of yourself but my pup was only a few month old that bruising was not all due to the procedure and you know that from his head and jaw ppl come on go to jeffersonville I would be happy to post pictures and see for yourself you tell me

Weve been taking our dogs to see Dr. B for at least 15 years. Dr. B has been there for our pets through several surgeries as well as helping us say goodbye to one of our beloved dogs. While we cant always afford all of the recommended procedures we do our best to take care of our dogs because we love them and treat them as members of our family and so does Dr. B and her staff. The cost isnt cheap, but its very comparable to other vets in the area and we trust Dr. B to help us take care of our pets more than any other vet weve tried.

Animal Hospital of Sullivan County is the best of its kind in upstate New York. Dr. Bodolosky has been very professional at all times and genuinely care about her animal patients. She has taken care of my Nik (male kitty) when I lost faith in the nearby vets. He had to go on many different meds to bring his health back to normal and he is doing well (very rambunctious) on the Prozac that is compounded specifically for his behaviour. I would definitely recommend this Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Bodolosky for the care of your pets.

A very stressful and painful experience for my companion!! Very long wait in hot room, Dr. caused undue stress and pain during exam and left for several minutes in middle of exam to take a call that was not an emergency leaving me and my companion in a hot room with more stress!!!!! Will never go again and not refer anyone to visit!!!!!! Your best bet is to go elsewere for someone that cares!!! My reg vet goes on the floor at their level for their comfort!!! GO ELSE WHERE!!!

Never again! I went to get my dogs leg re splinted and was charged twice. I called to find out why and was told it was their credit card company, and they were working on getting it fixed. Later on in the day, I call back and was told by Joanne, that it would be returned in 2 days. 4 days later, I call back and they said that it would take an additional 2 days for my money to be returned. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge to finally get my money back.

Everyone at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The Animal Hospital is very clean and well kept. The office visit took less time than usual. Kaylie and Schatzie had their nails and anals done in record time. Kaylie had her stitches removed and her ear is healing nicely! Dr. Bodolosky did a great job of stitching her up after removing a hematoma. Thanks to Dr. Bodolosky s skill and expertise, were looking forward to a complete recovery!
