I have never received better care in any clinic, civilian or military. They actually listen to you and trust that you know your body and your childrens body enough to take what you have to say (without cutting you short of speaking) and figure out whats going on. Not to mention, its not always being sick thats the issue. I have several ongoing situations that my PA and nurses invested time in hearing one by one and provided the best treatment and referral options right then and there, without rushing through my appt. All that and yet Ive not had to wait beyond my appt time to be taken back longer than a moment for our Drs to come in to see us. If I could give their incredible care, respect, guidance and treatment options 1000 stars I would! They, without doubt, go above and beyond. My family is incredibly grateful.

• The staff is phenomenal • Rx staff is always helpful and nice and patient • The Red team and Blue team idea is really original and works. • The wait time is not long at all (if you have an appt) Ive not been their without. But I know they squeeze you in if you really need it. • The leaders that run Gutherie keeps the whole staff is high spirits. Their very professional. • The physical therapy is awesome too. Thanks for being so awesome.

Always good about making you an appointment with your PCM. Usually takes 2 weeks-3 months but they will get you in...your issue might be worse off by then but youre in. Also, you have to schedule an appointment with your PCM (usually wait 2-4 weeks) just to get a referral to the doctors office you knew you needed to see. If this process was abridged there would be a lot more success in the support to the force.
