I cancelled an appointment on 12.31/15 for an upcoming on 1/7/16. I received a bill on 5/23/16 for $20 for "No Show Appointment" Which tells me I made the right decision not to see this doctor. Her front office staff was abysmal, it took me 2 calls and several minutes to make the initial appointment. I would be asked a couple of questions, then put on hold and a different person picked up and started questions all over again. I mentioned to the person who recommended the doctor and she said yes,the staff was pretty bad, but the doctor was excellent. I went to another gyn, both staff and doctor were excellent.

I was introduced back in 2006 when in hospital. I liked her that much I went to her private offices and made her my OBGYN. 4 years later she delivered my Son. 5 years after that I just returned from the UK and I will be returning to her practice. Even though the waiting room can get crazy, or the receptionists sometimes a little "abrupt" (for lack of a better word), I wouldnt have any other OBGYN. Period.

Great experience I called the same day they allowed me to come in thr same day. When I arrived I realized I didnt bring my insurance card the receptionist was nice enough to look up the information to allow me to be seeb by Dr. Robinson. The doctor as always was warm and welcoming.

Even though her girls sometimes overbook, she is practical, realistic, and doesnt beat around the bush. She is very honest and tells it like it is. I enjoy her candor and her office is clean. The parking is very convenient thankfully you dont have to pay for meters .

Worst experience! She overbooks patients and has a terrible bedside manor. If you would like a safe calm environment for an obgyn DO NOT go to her!!!
