Instead of being chief of dermatology being a chief clown is a much better title for this guy (Joshua Fox of 58-47 188th Street, Fresh Meadows, NY). I came to his office, waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes. He comes in and says “are you here for a check up or check down” whatever that means (even his nurse did not understand his jokes). I told him why I was there, without telling what he was going to do he sprayed something in my face, which made it hurt very much. When I told him that it hurt, he said “it does not hurt me”. After spending no more than a few minutes and treating me without any respect, he just walked out (no buy, no nothing, he did not even explain the spray that he applied to my face). When I asked the nurse where he went and if I can find out what he did to me, she said that I would have to wait because he went to see another patient. At this point, my patience ran out and I just left. However, I had to come right back, as when I looked at my face in the car mirror I noticed that it was swollen because of the spray he applied. When I came back, I asked the nurse to tell me what he did to me. She showed me my chart, where they have documented that I was explained everything (both verbally and in writing) before the spray was applied – WHICH WAS CLEARLY FALSE. In any case, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR. WORST EXPIRENCE EVER!

Terrible!!!!!!!! Ive been here three times and each time ive had horrible experiences. Why three times you ask? because the reviews here are pretty descent and I keep thinking it will get better and it never does. If you dont have health insurance, then I guess its a good cheep way to get your prescriptions, however if you have insurance, find a better place!!! They treat you like DEAD MEAT here. The medical assistants are like uneducated trash bags. I waited two hours last time and saw the doctor for two minutes.. literally! Each time I only saw the doctor for less than two minutes and all he did was write prescriptions, some werent even correct for my diagnosis (My new doctor was appalled at the things Dr. Fox prescribed me) On my last appointment with Dr. Fox, he stuck me in the eye, took a sample of my cyst and left...no courtesy, no consideration, I couldnt ask questions, he didnt even say good bye. So, if you have health insurance and can afford to be treated like a human being, seek treatment somewhere else.

I have been a patient of dr fox for many years and with every issue ive had hes been able to provide the proper medication and care and ive improved. Along with his excellent care he has also been very honest when ive asked him about cosmetics. Most doctors want to upsell me and dr fox is the oposite. He tells me i dont need any cosmetics but for what ive wanted hes been able to take care of me with the lowest price he can give. His results are great. I recommended him to all my family and friends.

Dr. Joshua Fox Microneedled my face today with the Eclipse PRP and I loved the whole experience! The procedure was fast and painless. Dr. Fox has great technique and I absolutely love the results!! Ill definitely be coming back to Dr. Fox for two more treatments before my wedding this May for facial rejuvenation. My skin is glowing! I visited Dr. Fox at his office, Advanced Dermatology in Freshmeadows, and I had a very positive experience. I came in and was seen right away. The staff was warm, courteous, and friendly. I had a mole removed from my neck and a another from my face. I was very concerned and worried about the mole on my face being removed but to my delight it healed beautifully. I recommend Dr. Fox for his great work.

Great dermatologist who truly cares about his patients! You can tell he knows the various disease states and how to effectively treat his patients. Also offers an array of cosmetics: fillers, Botox, lasers, PRP, hair restoration. Highly recommended.

Horrible Doctor has no knowledge only mocks you the whole time doesnt answer questions just say "I dont know" idiot not a doctor has no respect for patients and staff very rude nasty as well please dont waste your time there are so many dermatologist.

Terrible, he mocks you and makes you feel like an idiot. I saw him pull my moms hair and say to my father, "Huh, women...its all in their heads!" I found him highly inappropriate and I will never visit his practice again.

They scam their customers by making their acne conditions worse. Its just a way for them to keep on making money.
