If youre looking for a quality, efficient, knowledgeable, compassionate and empathetic dermatology office, this office is NOT for you!! I found this office by way of google. I saw the reviews and thought okay, maybe this office would be as good as my former Dermatologist who has moved out of New York. I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Luo on a Saturday morning. Thus, I arrived 15 minutes for my appointment to fill out the paper work. The reception area was full with patients waiting, most appeared to be annoyed. After completing my paperwork I was immediately asked for my copay. I responded by saying, "the forms that I just signed state that the co-pay is due at the time of service. Is the Dr. running behind or am I being seen right now." I was told "Okay we cant force you to give us your co-pay". Although my appointment was at 11:15 am, I wasnt seen until 12:40 pm. I had my previous scripts with me so that the doctor could see what I had been prescribed. When the Dr. came into the room he barely looked at my skin. He simply overstated the obvious, that my previous doctor was treating my symptoms with creams and I should continue to use them. My response was to say that I didnt think they were ineffective because the condition still exists. Instead of speaking about underlying causes of my skin condition and proactive ways we could work together toward avoiding flare ups, he continued to blow my concerns off as though there was nothing to be done but treat the symptoms. Dr. Luo is more like the "Nutty Professor" of Dermatology. I will go back to Cosmetique Dermatology even though my doctor is no longer there and its a 15 mile drive from where I live.

I had an appointment with DR. Luo scheduled for 4:15 PM on 1/11/17. I arrived there twenty minutes before my appointment. I completed some paperwork which took me about five minutes. Approximately 1 hour of waiting the secretary explained The doctor would be 45minutes to 1 hour late. With no explanation. If I would have waited it would be at least 2 hours of waiting time and God knows when I would be eventually seen by the Doctor. I find this experience totally unacceptable. As a health care provider I would never put a patient through this. I have a total of three family members who use these services at this office. I have seen the quality of service and caring slowly erode. My family and I will enlist the services of a dermatologist whose main concern is the patient.

The minute I walked in, the receptionist was unpleasant. Waited over AN HOUR for Dr. Daly who was unknowledgeable and highly unprofessional. He literally walked out of our visit; someone else needed him and he was rushing out. He then had the nerve to bill me with the highest/most expensive office visit code saying the visit was for 20+ minutes, what a lie, and its a shame the patient cant argue this because the insurance company goes by what the Dr. submits. I only liked going here when Nicole Hitchen was there. Not sure where she is now, but I will NEVER go back to this factory. Last time they will take my money. Do yourself a favor and find another Dermatologists office!!

I needed to find a new, local dermatologist since I moved back to Long Island from the city, so I did some research. I am so glad I chose to go to Garden City Dermatology - I saw Dr. Daly and he was fantastic. They were able to give me a last-minute appointment the same day I called. Everyone was so friendly, especially the nurse who helped get my information into the system (I believe her name was Barbara). Dr. Daly was very friendly, professional, and had a great bedside manner. He was quick to answer any questions I had, and I felt very comfortable with him. I would highly recommend Garden City Dermatology and Dr. Daly for your dermatological needs!

Dr Daly was very pleasant as was the staff. The nurses were particularly good. I have seen several derms and he clearly was the best of them He fixed my problem in one week when all the other derms wasted my time. My wife and kids have seen him and are all pleased. I believe he is board certified in like ?3 derm specialities and is a Professor . He also sees patients for hair problems. My friend had that and was helped and that is why I originally went.

Dr. Daly is a doctor who specializes in hair loss in men & women. He is a genius! You can expect him to order a lot of blood tests to determine the cause of the hair loss but meanwhile he knows his stuff. If you are lucky enough to live on Long Island and have a problem, hes your doctor.

Nothing. The office staff is unkind and can care less about patients. You will have a 3 month wait to see Dr Daly, who is a mediocre Dr

The office doesnt know how to schedule appointments. Find another place if you value your time.
