The worst service imaginable. No on ever calls you back, and when you finally get through to a live person they have no customer service skills at all. Rose Mary could not care less that I have been waiting over 3 hours for the Doctor to call in a script for my 93 year old mother. When I told her my wife was waiting at the pharmacy because my mother needs the medicine, her response was, " I told your wife not to wait". The only reason I need it to be called in is because (THE DOCTOR) forgot to sign it. You would think that Rose Mary would be apologetic but instead she was rude and said she would try to get in touch with the Doctor. When I told her that Mike in her office had him on the phone an hour ago and he said it would be done in 10 minuets that didnt make a difference. I called back 3 times and all I kept hearing is, "were trying to get a hold of the Doctor". In 2015 if you cant get a hold of someone in 30 seconds something is wrong, everyone has a cell phone in their pocket. I asked Rose Mary to have the Doctor call me back and not her, guess who called me back!!!! Rose Mary told me the Doctor would be calling in the script, when I asked her when because I need to pick it up, she told me she didnt know. I asked her again to have the Doctor call me, but I could tell by her tone that she wasnt going to give him the message. Just imagine if my mother didnt have my wife and I to advocate for her, who knows when the script would be called in. Is this any way to treat our elderly? RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!!

The service was an awful experience. I was a nurse doing homecare and this was unfortunately the office making the medical decisions for my patient. The NP was annoyed when she FINALLY got back to you. You would get a call back days later. Frustration was amongst the family and myself. The lack of medical attention was despicable!! I would never recommend this office to anyone I cared about. Possibly I would recommend it to my biggest enemy.. Naah wouldnt even do that! Finally they got a different home doctor which was fabulous!!

Very difficult experience. They refused to accepted my Dads United Health Care Medicare Advantage Plan/PPO. Despite calls from United Health Care and Verizon (my Dads former employer) this practice will not accept the plan. This behavior is reprehensible, and just one more example of the unjust delivery of health care in this country. The practice does not deserve even one star, but I am forced to enter at least one star.

OMG. My Mom is 94 and Dr Salob made a house call. He is so soft spoken. He was also very thorough, meticulous and answered all of my questions. He also stayed about an hour. Was not in a hurry, nor was he disrespectful, as others have been in our past experiences. Hes also scheduled physical therapy, chest X-ray, lab work and an EKG. Changed some of her Meds. I AM VERY PLEASED

Ditto Richard... I have been trying to get a script filled for 3 weeks... Same person has been useless. Calls back eventually and acts like its the first time Ive called. Needed a Dr/PA to visit because my Mom was sick.... No phone call returned or visit made! This place is horrible!!!! Run, dont walk.... Patient services are terrible!

A horrific experience, if you care about your loved one do not use this service. Never returned calls, delayed visits, my mom eventually passed and they couldnt even help us then. Cruel staff, arrogant and uncaring. this is not worth it .

Dr. Salob has been doing house visits for my mother for 7 years and I am very pleased. I highly recommend his service
