Theyre disorganized slackers! If you have anything time sensitive go somewhere else! I probably lost my job bc of them! Came in for a pre-employment physical and drug screen. First they only asked who sent me not what I was there for and had I not noticed they didnt ask for my insurance info they wouldve done the drug screen and send me off. Instead they did the drug screen and sent me back to the waiting room to fill out the same paperwork again and wait my turn again, even though I handed in the form for the physical when I first arrived?! After 3hrs I had to go bc I had another interview. Came back the next morning and found out they didnt have the physical form I handed in the day before! So I got the physical and blood Tests done and handed in another form when I came back for the PPD reading the following Monday. Its Saturday and Im still waiting for a copy of the physical form, which wouldve been filled out the day of the physical had they not lost it! My deadline was yesterday 5pm. If Im lucky theyll accept me if they have it on Monday morning but thats a bid fat IF!!! Its more likely I lost my spot for that job bc of them!!

Literally the worst place to go if you are on a time frame or if you are truly in need of immediate care. I was complaining about chest pain and had to wait for 2 1/2 hours to be seen. When waiting people who signed in as a walk in after an hour, hour and a half after me were called in before me even though i was there at 9:40am. When I asked the receptionist about how much longer the wait would be she was very rude and said there are people ahead of you, meanwhile everyone who was there prior to my arrival were seen. This place is literally nothing but a waste of time, the receptionist are rude, do not know how to be polite to their paying customers and do not have any kind of experience or correct training. I would not go here ever again. It is honestly a complete waste of time. I wish i could give them NO STARS because that is what they deserve they are a 0 out of 10!

The staff is good, no complaint about the care or quality of it. The major downside is Ive actually sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting to see someone, and thats with maybe 2 or 3 people ahead of me. If the waiting room is full, You could be sitting there for over 2 hours, I have. And Ive noticed that they dont keep to their posted hours. Ive gone there after work, gotten there 15 minutes before the posted closing, but the doors are locked and nobody answers if you knock on the door. Ive also gone there 10-15 minutes after the posted opening time, and doors are locked and I sit in my car 10 minutes, give or take, till they open the doors. But the actual quality of care you eventually receive is really good. Just be prepared to to lose about a 3rd of your day waiting to get it.

I am only giving First Choice Medical 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. It should be called Last Choice. The wait time is out of control, even with an appointment. They are always trying to get you to have more tests, or come back other times for absolitely no reason. My most recent experience was due to a back injury and they refused to give me the medicine which had been given to me in the past and worked! Instead they gave me meds that made me sick. When I called to get the prescription changed they said I had to come in for another appointment to be reevaluated. Dont Go Here...EVER!

Dont go there just dont go. I dont wanna give a star. I had a horrible experience ever. The doctors are rude and they just want money. I went there JUST for school physicals(Simple tests) but they charged me $470 which is totally bullshit. So I called them 2 times because they charged me as a patient even i wasnt sick and i went only for physicals. Everything is so overpriced. If you have to go, please go other one except for this one. Oh man I cant believe i still have to pay $470 for the school physical.

Honestly, I just called to get some information because I am new to the area and looking for a primary care doctor, but the woman on the phone was acting like Im stupid just for asking a few questions. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, so I scheduled a new patient appointment, and she was still having an attitude like she didnt want me to come in.... I came here to read some reviews and I feel like I made a mistake. So... I will be calling back and cancelling my appointment.

Had a 9AM appointment. Although, I was the first appointment (for a sono) was told that they were just finishing up w/a patient. 15 minutes later, was told they were finishing up w/a patient. 15 minutes after that, was told they were finishing up w/a patient - really??? I left. They do not know how to schedule appointments and then lie about it. Not a good thing.

Quick and easy. We went here on a whim despite all the bad reviews and happy we did. The whole visit was quick and easy. The receptionst was helpful, the medical assistant was awesome and the Dr. was informative. I would go back. It was a great visit.

I dont understand why so many reviews here are negative. Dr Goldman is my PCP, I see him monthly, he and his staff are excellent. People coming in without an appointment are going to have to wait, obviously. The solution? Make an appointment.

They deserve NO stars. You always wait for a long long time to be seen even if you have an appointment. You would get seen faster going to an ER and the main Dr is a rude uncaring jerk
