I have had a cleaning and a cavity filled at Dr. Gordons office. The cleaning was performed by a dental assistant and was a normal experience but when I returned to have the cavity filled by Dr. Gordon it was the worst dental experience I have ever had. He is the most brutal dentist who has ever handled my teeth, he never spoke to me during the procedure, and also never informed me through the process of anything he was doing. It started with him coming in and stabbing two consecutive needles into my mouth so intensely I cried out. He also had a very intense personal conversation with his assistant the entire time which was completely inappropriate. What made it worse was his work was poor. He did not correct my bite and did not clean up his own work let alone do a good filling. I would never go back to him again and deeply regret choosing his practice in the first place, I went to an old family dentist to have his work corrected. She corrected my bite and filed down all the sharp debris he left around me teeth that made it impossible for me to floss between the treated teeth. I have also had sensitivity in the effected tooth ever since and will end up going back to the dentist to have the filling completely redone. Do not go to this dentist! You will regret it. I am not surprised to see so many bad reviews from other patients.

I have beein seeing Dr. Gordon for over 10 yrs and have had the same insurance carrier for 3 yrs. My husband visited to have a filling fixed and was hit with a $10 charge for "OSHA Infection Control" when our insurance carrier covers the visit at no cost to the patient. After doing some research with OSHA, I found that the regulation for bloodborn pathogens (1910.0030) has been in effect since 1989 and has no amendments in the past 3 yrs. I also confirmed with OSHA that they have not made any new standards in the past two years. Dr. Gordons office was unable to tell me exactly what the fee paid for, other than they needed to purchase items that are requirements to meet the standard and the burden is too heavy for Dr. Gordon to carry on his own. This fee is totally BOGUS and is just another way for providers to pass fees onto patients that insurance carriers wont cover. PS - the OSHA regulation mandates certain health and safety standards like wearing gloves, srubs, etc. (the basic items necessary to keep you and I safe from bloodborn pathogens).

every tooth that dr gordon has put his fingers on is now completely destroyed. i now need one of the teeth pulled after his horrific work attempting to do a root canal. one tooth that he claimed needed a filling now needs a root canal. The last tooth he put his fingers one was to do a filling that now has decay under it and needs to get another filling done. His work is careless and uneffortless. His work on my teeth has cost me a small fortune and I am completely upset with his work. If you want a dentist that is going to do work the right way go to someone else.

I have poor genes and horrible teeth! Dr. Gordon has not only been doing great work, but has also not made fee I am less than human, as many dentists have made me feel in the past! He has been kind and been working with me on costs and my ins... I would highly recommend him. the office is clean and friendly!I have been to over 20 dentists in my life and this is the first i ever felt the need to write a review for Writing bad reviews for the other local dentists,would have taken me far too long!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gordons for over 15 years. Dr. Gordon and his staff is very professional and friendly. The office is clean with plenty of seating in a very warm atmosphere. You never have to wait long for your appointment. They are happy to answer any questions you have. I have had fillings, cleanings, root canals and even extractions and never had any issues that was not resolved. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon & his staff for any of your dental needs!

I have just started coming here. The office staff is very friendly. They are always on time. Dr Gordon has flled five of my teeth and it was quick and painless. I am still going for something else. I have had no problems with him or his staff. It has been a very good experience. In fact it was raining and my wife was cold and they brought her a heater and pluged it in near herso she would not be cold.

Dr. Gordon is so professional, but, honestly hes so much more then that. No one would take my special needs son, my son only trusts Dr.Gordon. I too sadly have had some past horror stories until I got Dr Gordon. Hes amazing, staff is amazing and they work with every situation. Very grateful patients!!

Excellent! Dr. Gordon is patient with my son, and he always looks at the patients side of things; meaning, not doing any unnecessary work, looking for the best alternatives, etc... and not billing for "no work performed", when no work is necessary. Hes the man!

Very thorough cleanings and quick service, and the office is always willing to work with you to help you schedule and appointment and handle insurance billing issues. I also like the text reminders they send for your appointments!

Dr. Gordon is the best, hands down. My tooth snapped in half and i though i was doomed for a bridge or worse BUT Dr. Gordon was able to save my tooth. He is my hero!!!! Funny guy and an overall A+ Dentist.
