This was the worst costumer service experience I ever had. I went to the store. Got an eye exam and one of the ladies showed me the frames . I left the place and when I got home I decided to call and cancel my order. They told the manager a black lady already left the place I said ok . I call Saturday and she supposed does not work on weekends . Ok fine I called on Monday she was not there either. So I decided to call on Tuesday. At the moment she answered the phone she game attitude that she cant cancel the order there is not refund I said it no fair. I dont want a to pay a product that I dont want. They did not care at all. Dont waste your time expecting a good service from this people the only want your money. Dont go. No pierdan su tiempo no vayan a ese lugar solo les importa el dinero . No se dejen engañar

Big Liar!!! Disrespectful! They are lying to patients about their doctors, they r telling everybody they have a ophthalmologist but there is NONE. When a person evaluate me gave me a weird recommendation, I asked about his name and visiting card, he said my name is TOM and I am always here, you can come to me anytime. Their staff does not know how to do billing from insurance, rather they ask me for cash money even though my insurance was active which is absolutely ridiculous!!

Since this was the only optician close to my college, i walked into it. It s the worse place. what really annoyed me was the fact that the receptionist didnt bother to tell me that i had to pay out of pocket for my exam. She had my insurance details, so i assumed that it would be covered. When i finished my eye exam she asked me to pay100$ for the exam. It was not a good experience. I would not recomend this place.

Sales staff was friendly at first but after getting an eye exam they were disrespectful and wanted to sell the buy 2 get 1 free eyeglass plan (which was the same as buying 2 full priced). They hiked the prices for the glasses I choose and made a snide comment on how i "couldnt afford it". Dont go here if you care about customer service.

Dont waste your time shopping there. They would make their payment plans look so easy that you will fall for it, without you knowing that its a trap. (You actually will pay way more that the price of the glasses) All they care about is their sale. Worst place to shop for eyeglasses. THE WORST.

I like that there was no waiting the staff was very friendly and profressional, and my glasses were prepared very quickly. The glasses were a little pricey but overall my experience was very good
