Literally the worst Doctors office EVER!!!! The girls at the front end are some of the nastiest, unhelpful group of ladies I have ever encountered, each one is worse than the next. I used this office for over a year and kept saying i was going to change my primary and after my last experience I finally did. I would not recommend this office to a soul nothing but grief, negativity, and incompetence. After receiving the Drs response I decided to give this office another try. I found myself with an issue with my neck. I called the office and was given an appointment on the same day which was great. Once I was in the office I for the first time in the few years I have been a patient there met Dr. Ozcan (which probably had much to do with this review). The service was exceptional! He was accommodating, knowledgeable and gave me a temporary prescription until the results of my MRI which he gave me a referral for. During the interim on my appointment I found myself in severe pain. Once again they got me in same day and prescribed be a pain killer (which I have never taken in my life). I took the MRI and awaited the results. While waiting for the results the pain killer that was prescribed was not subsiding the pain. I called in and was treated like a junkie looking for a fix. The front end receptionist cut me off and just assumed I was looking for additional pills or for my medication to be increased which was not the case, I was trying to ask if the current medication had a different form in which it may have been time released because the current medication did provide relief but only very short lived, but this particular woman did not want to address anything i was asking and assumed I wanted more meds. Now comes the day of my results, I call into the office and again and dealing with the same rude woman. I asked for the doctor to call me to discuss the medication and if he had the results, but even if the results were not available could the Dr. please call me, this was at 9:30am. I am now in much pain. At 3:30 I called again asking for a return call from the Dr. Now its 6pm I again call explaining that I need to speak with the Dr. About 15mins later the rude woman calls me back reads me the results on my MRI (herniated discs) says the Dr. will refer me to pain management and physical therapy. I asked to speak with the Dr. the woman respond "The Dr. had me call you and if Im your pain then double the dose of my medication." That is the entire conversation. Fast forward a few days and Im looking for a location in which to do physical therapy and pain management. I find the perfect location of an Orthopedic Dr. with a physical therapy and pain management all in one location right near my job, but i need a the referral. I again call Dr. Ozcans office, this time I am put on the phone with Dr. Ozcan directly. I tell Dr. Ozcan that i need a referral to this particular office as well as that I was told to double my medication put in writing due to being on Probation and all medication needs to be justified. Dr. Ozcan responds that he will not do it unless I come back into his office (thus collecting another office visit fee) and that I was supposed to come in to be read my results (never explained to me by the rude woman). I explain that I was told that I already have said referral I just need it faxed to this particular Dr. as well as the amount of my medication. He then responds "You are asking me to do something for you then you should do something for me and take down the negative review from google." Truth be told had it not been for the continued rudeness from the front desk I probably would have because separate from his front end Dr. Ozcan is a good Dr. But now I know he has the capability to do what I need he just doesnt want to. He says if I want it in writing and the referral I need to come into the office for a follow up appointment to be read my results that I was already given a week ago and I should take down this review. Thats the kind of treatment you will receive at this office!

Terrible doctor. If I could leave a negative rating I would. Has terrible receptionists. Ive been hung up on multiple occasions.. Ive stopped in to ask if he could get with my insurance and figure out why CVS doesnt have my prescriptions filled and comes at me with excuses on top of excuses. Telling me how its CVSs fault. But when I contact CVS they tell me they have nothing from Dr. Ozcan. Ive dealt with the same pharmacy for years and never had a problem like this.. I was told to leave his office not too long ago because I had an attitude. The patient in chronic, everyday pain who is having trouble walking and even picking up a pen for that matter is the trouble? I get nothing but constant lying, attitude and disrespect from this office. Shame on Dr. Ismail Ozcan and his rude front office.. Disgraceful practice and utterly at a loss of words for how poorly this place is operating.

If I could go negative stars I would but I wasnt able to post a review without rating at least 1 star. Been going here for about 4 years now. Love Lauren but shes still out on maternity leave. Had ano appoint last week got there and was told it was over an hour wait so rescheduled for today. Got there and waited for 2 hours and when Dr. Ozcan was going to go to another room I told him I was waiting for over 2 hours by then and I had to get home to my kids. I was kicked out of the office and told to go through another door to keep me from going though waiting room. As I went to my friend who was waiting I was told I had to leave and then I flipped out. He doesnt care about his patients. Is always being and doesnt apologize. Then he started to video me leaving which is not legal and threatened to call the cops.

This is one of the worst doctors office i have ever been to. You will sit in the waiting room for hours and on a good day ull be lucky to leave in under an hour and a half. If your in need of a doctor look somewhere else this is not a place u will want to be trust me. Dr. Ozcan is rude, disrespectful and could care less about his patients.

Dr. Ismail Ozcan is a great doctor! Willing to take his time & aneswer any questions you may have. Would highly recommend. However, the RNP Sandra that works under him is very un-professional in my opinion. She does not have a smile, has a bit of an attitude & seems to hate her job.

I am writing to thank your entire staff for the excellent care received during my varicose veins treatment. A special thank to the doctor for taking extra time to explain my diagnosis and made sure all my questions were answered. I definitely recommend Dr. Ozcan to others.

Very poor service. All the people work at the front desk dont know what they are doing. They are not professional medical assistant. Really mean and rude. They should hire professional medical assistant that knows what they are doing and give good service to patience.
