This place is horrible. The ladies at the front desk are nasy beyond nasty. They speak to u like ur in grade school. I had woken up with a swollen face called to make an appointment which they didnt have for a month for me to see an oral surgent. I get there wait about an hour while Im waiting ppl r walking in n out everyone mad at the place n talking nasty to the ladies up front. So I asked them very nicely is everything ok is it always like this y r ppl so mad at u guys. I was then told that was none of my business. I was shocked but didnt say anything in reply to get answer. I saw the dentist who was actually very very nice but informed me there was nothing he could do n i had to make another appointment to see the oral surgent which is what I told the ppl when I first called. Anyways he was booked for a whole month. So Im finally suppose to go back today to have the tooth pulled n Im really not looking forward to stepping foot in that place after seeing n reading what everyone has had to say. I just dont understand if so so many ppl or so unhappy with this place n the woman up front. Y isnt anything being done to fix this issue to better the experience for both staff n patients. Isnt that what the bottom line is? Happy customers n good business? It doesnt seem like Great Expressions in Liberty even cares how there patients feel. Nothing is being done to fix the issues. Very sad because there r a few gd hard working ppl there but as i said its a very few of them.

I went to this place on the recommendation of a friend. A crown had become dislodged, and I went to this "dental factory" to have it put back. The only thing missing was a conveyor belt! I stupidly got talked into purchasing dental insurance, which, I was assured, would result in a 30% reduction of all costs. The crown was cemented in place, and I "only" had to pay $130 because I had the dental insurance, which, interestingly enough, bore the same name as this dental office! Although I had reservations about this place, I went back for a cleaning on 7/27/16. I walked to the front desk, and the young woman continued typing without looking up. I told her my name, she typed a few keystrokes, and she stated, "yes, I see your name." She said nothing else! I sat down and waited. Meanwhile, another person entered and was taken into a dental office. My appointment was scheduled for 2:40, and I had gotten a reminder phone call as well as an email stating the time and date of my appointment. At 2:55, I photographed the clock to prove my point. I then walked out. This dental office is cold and glitzy. I will never return there. I would not recommend this place to a friend.

This place is terrible. I have had 3 bad experiences in the last few months. First was when I waited over an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment. The receptionist was very nasty and rude. Meanwhile every single person that walked in after me walked out before me. That same day the doctor cracked my crown that all he was supposed to do was cement back down. He didnt tell me it happened so 5 minutes after I left the crown broke and fell apart. The next and most disturbing issue I have had with them is I had a cavity filled about a month ago. Im not sure wether he drilled to deep or what but now I have a massive abscess on my lower mandible. I will not be using their dental services I would rather deal with the pain then have unprofessional staff touch my teeth.

I HAVE TRIED IN VAIN FOR THREE DAYS TO BE SEEN FOR A DENTAL EMERGENCY. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE PROMISED TO. Although I had all the paperwork to prove they are my providing dentist and have my insurance proof card and paperwork they refused to see me on a technicality of they dont have my name in their system I called and went in this Monday with a dental emergency. They promised to fit me in by yesterday. I contacted my insurance provider who faxed the infor to them yesterday. I have left messages and spoken to several of the receptionists with their promises to call me back. Now it is three days of trying to survive with advil.

I have been a customer here for a few years now and I love this place! From the moment I walk in, the office personnel greet me with a smile and welcome me back and they are some of the hardest working people I know to ensure all your paperwork and information is accurate and well prepared. From there it continues to be a high level of professionalism from the dental hygienist (who was awesome) on through to my dentist, Dr. Danis. He is amazing and caring. If you need a dentist or are thinking about coming here, just stop in, you will nit be disappointed!

After losing a filling and being told by my previous dentist that it couldnt be fixed until the next day, I went to the yellow pages and started looking for someone who would make an emergency repair. Found Great Expressions, and they treated me like a long-time valued friend instead of a stranger! The staff was friendly and helpful, the dentist was wonderful (I never felt a thing!), and I can truthfully say it was the best dental experience Ive had in years! Thanks Great Expressions!

Post-op issues from wisdom tooth extaction. Make appointment and show up to find out the dentist on duty doesnt take my insurance and I need to see the oral surgeon anyway. Am told to wait a week for care because its a holiday weekend or try my luck at urgent care. One receptionist and hygienist try to be helpful while the young blonde shows no empathy and speculates about things shes not trained in with a tough luck attitude.

The office should consider changing their Front Desk staff. The ladies at the front are rude and speak to you like you are beneath them. Sad, because the Dentists amd Hygenists are fantastic and very plesant but first impressions are everything. When your reception are a bunch of snobby woman who speak to you like you are a criminal you wont go back.

In a nutshell I cracked loose an old filling Sunday night and with one phone call Monday morning I was in to see Dr. A who fixed it better than new BEFORE noon that day. I understand that everyones experiences vary but I have brought my wife and three kids to the Liberty NY office for over three years now and NEVER had a bad experience.

I had many bad experiences. From getting there on time and waiting over an hour for an extraction, too broken teeth same day as cleaning on different occasions. I would strongly suggest another dentist office. This place is literally chain dentistry!
