OptimEyes is the best vision center Ive been to, ever. Walking into this place transcends the mundane experience of going to the eye doctor. Its trendy, hip, cool and the selection of glasses caters widely to a diverse group of people - I could have easily bought a few. Aside from the overall ambience, the assistants are kind, respectful, and extremely helpful. After clearing two sheets of paperwork, the assistant printed out my vision benefits and walked me through what I was eligible for. This has never happened to me! She was so nice and this small gesture helped me gain a huge understanding of the process as on their end as well. And the optometrists are my favorite! They are open, friendly, humorous, humble, and down to earth. I went to Dr. Shetty and I had a seamless and flawless experience. He is quick, thorough, and super nice! He gave me a weeks worth of trial contacts so I can try out new ones. I would easily journey from Manhattan for the quality of care at OptimEyes. Website, payment, time, people - OptimEyes has really figured out an optimal solution to helping individuals and making the customer experience incredible.

Horrible and terrible staff. All they think about is how to drag much dollar out of customers. There is absolutely no respect at all. They are super unfriendly and rude. Got there on time but I waited 2 hours and looked around and staffs were laughing and doing nothing.They strongly pushed me to buy more expensive glasses which made me uncomfortable and angry. They wanted to charge me for the full price without rendering the service that Im supposed to receive. Also my glasses were defected but they wouldnt refund my money. They forced me to use defective glasses. I asked for receipt but they denied to show me which makes me think they charged me way more than they should. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE OR EVEN CONSIDER IT!

DO NOT GO HERE! PERIOD. I live close by that I would give this place a try but my god. Worst decision I have made in my whole life. I waited more than 1 hour and they wouldnt apologize for the delay. I finally received contacts and they prescribed me a pair that I couldnt see anything 10 inches in front of me. I could some how manage to see far away but I could not see my own hands. THey told me it would be gone in few hours but nothing has been cleared up for 2 weeks. I came back for refund and they wouldnt even apologize.

It is too funny reading these two fake reviews...They are so dramatic and dont even make much sense. Ive been here several times for exams and contact lenses. The staff are friendly and patient, explaining everything to you- you can see their passion for this field. I took my time looking around for glasses and Dr. Tisdale made suggestions; he was patient despite my pickiness. Two of my friends bought glasses from the Vernon Gantry glasses line that they offer. The only downside for me is that it is a little out of the way..

Was just checking here to see their hours and happened across the 1 star review. i actually clicked it because I couldnt believe they had gotten it. This place is as good as it gets! I am a jewelry artist and they patiently fit me for occupational glasses that I didnt think were even possible! No More Eye Strain. And they pointed me to the least expensive frames in the building and they worked perfectly. Do yourself a favor and GO!

I absolutely love this place! Everyone there is friendly, courteous and very professional. I was long overdue for a check up and Dr. Leong took a great care of me. They also do the DMV vision test and process it electronically, so no paperwork to print and fill out. AWESOME! Oh and their frames selection is outstanding by the way. This is definitely my new favorite spot for glasses. Thank you guys!

The bad reviews cannot be real! The people that work here are remarkably friendly and the service is exceptional. My wife and I both purchased glasses here and are super happy. Not to mention this is by far the best deal I have ever gotten in terms of quality for cost, especially since I need to buy what are typically really expensive thin lenses. Highly recommended!

Best service ever! Staying in LIC for a holiday I stepped on my glasses (progressive lenses, absolutely neccessary for me) and the frame broke. I did not have much hope but Simone fixed it overnight - it looked a good as new. And there was NO CHARGE!

Great experience at OptimEyes. Dr. Shetty is very friendly and gave me a few different trial lens and eye drops since Ive been suffering from severe allergies. The new lens have really helped! The staff is also very helpful and kind.
