since the name been changed from Davis Vision to Vision Work, the whole staff changed, and with the staff costumer service and selection of the frames are changed and minimized, of course everything was changed together with staffs attitude. Why cant they call the costumers when the glasses are ready, hat if something happens and costumer goes the to pick her/his glasses is indicated on the paper work but it wasnt ready? Is it that hard to make a phone call to the customers and let them know that the glasses are ready, just like Davis Vision used to do? In my opinion this very poor costumer service, and I hope they change their policy about notifying the costumers when the gasses are ready, and put some more frame selection for the insurance coverage, everything any costumer likes they have to pay co payment because insurance is not covering after certain amount.

Maybe they are reading their bad reviews. From past experience, I made an appt. in advance and was quickly received, check up and order of frames included. The doctor was very kind and patient. I was told I would be called in 7-10 days with my prescription but if they were busy to call in myself. On the 7th day, I was called. Staff was friendly although I thought the gentleman was pushing and too agreeable with my choice of frames. I have no insurance and this is a return visit after 4 yrs. so one frame of progressives cost me $350, but the two pairs I got in the past served me well and this is why I returned.

Terrible. Unfortunately my sons benefits dont have Lens Crafters on their list. He was stuck with this dump. We were waiting on line and the employee skipped over us. No one smiles here as if theyre working here against their will. Just to pick up glasses took an eternity. Someone should teach the staff about customer relations. As soon as I went in I smiled and said hello they just looked at me. I would rather have poor vision. Thank God I go to Lens Crafters. If you have a choice make this one your last.

Worst office I have ever been to. They had not only my insurance information mixed up but also two other customers too. Took over 45 Minturn to check in because 3 out of the four people at the front desk were too busy talking about personal non work related events instead of helping the 6 people standing at the desk. The employees did not know how to look up insurances, only one person was running around trying to help everyone. I recommend going else where and save your frustration.

I come here only because I have to for my insurance. Everyone I come, the employees are corralled and talking when they could be assisting customers. It takes too long in my opinion for anything to get done. The first time I cane was a nightmare. The employee Joe was the only saving grace as he was very helpful. I will be going to the one on middle country road next time.

There is more than 10 workers on and only 2 are helping customers. I waited an hour just to pick up my glasses. I thought i would try them out but Im going back to my other place. The only helpful person was a guy name Joe, the rest of the people are are pretty much women and they are so disrespectful.

Was here for over two hours for a simple eye exam and contact/glasses purchase. Either no one knows what they are doing or they have a horrible computer system. 4 people came over trying to ring me up, Ive never waited this long even at a regular doctor. Next time Ill order online!

Was there for almost three hours. One Dr did myself and my daughters exam but we still waited two hours forget to be fitted for glasses and for me to make sure my contacts were on order.
