I would highly recommend Dr. Punim. He has been my optometrist for many years and has literally saved, not only my eyesight, but my life. This past year I became very ill and countless doctors were trying to diagnose me but could not. I told Dr. Punim about my my health issues and he was able to determine, through an eye exam, that I had an autoimmune disease and suggested blood work that my doctor should perform. Sure enough the blood work proved him right, I was able to start treatment, and I was told that, had the disease not been caught through the eye exam, I very likely would have had to have had my bowels removed. Before seeing Dr. Punim, I had gone to two other optometrists for my symptoms and was told that they could not find any issues. I feel very fortunate to have been seen by Dr. Punim, would highly recommend him, and will always make the long trip home to see him in the future.

I LOVE this office! Everyone is so kind, the office is run extremely efficiently, and working in the medical field myself, its so great to go to an office that is so professional and courteous. To add, my son is 8 and very anxious about doctors, especially the eye doctor because he HATES drops.... But today at his appt, Dr Punim was So wonderful with him and so was the woman who helped us pick out glasses (sorry I dont remember her name) and when we left the office my son said, "mom, everyone in that office was soooo nice, I cant wait to go back and get my glasses!" I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor

I found Monroe Family Eyecare when we moved here 7 years ago and I hit gold! The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can tell they love their jobs and the whole group including the doctors work together very well as a team. They have a great flow to their annual exams and you get in and out with no hassle. Dr. Siegel is awesome - will address any questions or concerns you might have during the exam. You can always count on the staff to know when you are eligable for your appointment (insurance) and what is covered. I cant say enough great things about this place. They are the BEST!

Highly recommend! As always great customer service and care! My first visit to the office was over a year ago with reoccurring eye erosion. I was seen promptly each time by Dr Gollinger and Dr Punim. My most recent visit I was seen by Dr Siegel for a routine eye exam. He answered all of my questions and concerns regarding my previous eye injury. I felt he was very thorough and professional. I picked out a new pair of glasses and love that I will receive a text when my glasses are ready to be picked up. Great job by all from check in to check out.

I have been going to Monroe Family Eyecare for many years. The care you get from the minute you walk in, right up to when you see the Dr. is wonderful. The girls up front know your name, are always pleasant and always smiling! Dr. Gollinger is such a wonderful, caring professional. He always has times for our Yankee stories. His exams are always thorough and never rushed. I would recommend any one in the area looking to have their eyes looked at to go to Monroe Family Eyecare. You wont be disappointed.

The entire staff is friendly, responsible and appear to work as a team. Most of all, however, as well as providing optician care, the doctors maintain the most State of the Art ophthalmic equipment and can provide diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, making this a one stop event for all your eye care needs.

Have been coming to this office for over 4 years now, and love the Drs and staff. They are very friendly, helpful with insurance, glasses & contacts prior to getting Lasik. The only improvement could be the wait time for appointments. Some times they are over 30 min, but there are late and weekend hours which is nice.
