The office staff was helpful and nice but upon a consult for a surgery i felt as if rushed along. After my surgery which i had sedation done and 4 wisdom teeth removed its been almoat a month not one phone call or anything to check up make sure i was okay. I had one incision with stitches and all i and my mother were told upon leaving is "you have stitches" nobody said they were dissolvable or i have to schedule an appointment to come have them removed. The office has submitted the claim twice with my insurance and got paid on the first one. I have yet to hear from the office but my insurance company of course sent me the second claim and said they arent paying. I will not be returning to them for any other dental work

I have to rewrite my review because Windsor dental deleted it again!!! So, dentist did core build ups in 2 teeth after root canals (they did not do the root canals) without taking any X-rays. Put temp crown on 1 tooth which caused me extreme pain immediately!!! Refused to see me afterwards to rectify the what he did. Referred me to a "specialist" at nyu. The "specialist" was a student there. Tried to over charge me. Tried to charge my ins twice. His staff are rude and dismissive as well as dr stern. Good luck to who ever decides to use this practice

i dont like this dentist at the beginning was everything ok, and they told me i have to do a root canal they told me my insurance is going to cover after i agree and did it they told me my insurance is not going to cover i ended up paying out of my pocket for the root canal, they should tell you before you do procedure like that. so i am not coming back to this place, and also i was told that this is not the first time they do that with patients that happen to my co- worker too so be careful when you go to this place if you go...

Burned with bleach during a root canal, had a drill come apart in my mouth, dentist was too busy talking garbage about her job to her assistant that she was never paying attention and always had to "double check just to be sure" about everything they did. Took me in for a broken tooth, did nothing but clean my teeth and tell me to schedule the fix. Total incompetence at its finest AND they over prescribe antibiotics because they arent sure of their work! And we are talking moderate strength type meds. GOODBYE!

Was very happy with dentist at first and had a bunch of work done and paid my share after insurance based on the info I was given by their staff but after work had been done and paid for when I called to schedule appointment they told me I owed a large balance for the same procedures! After reading other reviews I think this is a common practice there.

We were very happy with Dr David Zelig and discovered him after a referral. If youre looking for a capable pediatric oral surgeon that youll trust with your 8 year old, then look no further. Very clean premises and professional staff. Kid was in and out with minimum delay.

Ive had several bad experiences with dentists and HATE going. Dr Costigan put me at ease. I dont dread visits nearly as much as I have with other dentists and I plan to go every 6 months.
