What a horrible experience. Just to sum it up: dont get extractions here. You will wait literally all day. I had a 1030 appt to get a tooth removed. I didnt get called in til 230! And i would have waited another hour if someone ahead of me didnt walk out. On top of that there were multiple people, who didnt have appts, getting their teeth pulled before me and were carrying on about how theyve been there since 830 because they came in for an exam and the doctors offered to take the tooth out that day! They were already overbooked, they shouldnt be adding walk in SURGERIES! There were so many people waiting to get their teeth pulled, appts and no appts, but all were complaining. Then after I was called into the back I waited an hour just to get an iv put in.. then I waited 30 mins for them to just put tubes in my nose and not even hook it up.. so the doctor finally came in after I was waiting in the chair for 2 hrs and said "this isnt hooked up!" And I waited longer.. They say youll be there up to 6 hrs, well I didnt leave til 530.. The oral surgeon was very very nice and made me feel at ease though. Not sure of his name. The dental assistants werent that warm and welcoming. When I woke up from the surgery I had no idea what was going on, they just put me in a chair in the hallway. I didnt even know it was done and was so high on the drugs I was getting anxiety cus no one told me I was all done! I just sat confused, alone and dizzy for probably 15 mins til they finally called my family member back.

Worst experience ever! I am terrified of dentists to begin with, which I told them. I also suffer from anxiety attacks. I went there last week with severe mouth pain from a tooth infection. I was hysterical in the chair, having the worst panic attack Ive ever had and they insisted on ignoring me and doing a partial root canal, leaving it wide open. I was so upset after the way I was treated I couldnt even drive. I couldnt breathe or even speak and I had to drive home that way. I will never be going back there! Worst bed side manner I have ever seen! They wouldnt even let me use the bathroom to pull myself together before leaving. Dont go there!!!

Worst dentist Ive ever been to! After the first few intake appointments it became IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment within a month I had a tooth fall out after a root canal because they made me wait over a month between a root canal and the cap for it. And the surgeon even worse! Left huge chunks of teeth after a pulling of a tooth and had to go back several times to have it shaved down again and was extremely careless broke the surrounding teeth of the pulled tooth. Receptionist so rude Ive left in tears. Way over booked dentists over worked and careless. Would never recommend to any one

Love them!! Oral surgeon was fantastic and caring. Hate the dentist but he definitely helped me tremendously. Had 7 teeth removed at once and he even stayed late one day to see me again days later due to increased pain after surgery. They are now my primary dentist and going back tomorrow for more teeth to be removed. My old dentist ruined my teeth!!!!

The worst dentist office I have been ever. The front desk was so nasty and disrespectful. I waited for two and a half hour because my dentist made a minor mistake. They then bumped me down to the end of the list disgerarding my original appointment, rather then attending me when the problem was fixed. I eventually ended up waiting a total of five hours.

Worst experience I have ever had the doctor took out a number of my teeth to do root conal. Most of the teeth I found did not need to be removed!!! SAVE YOURSELF GRIEF AND DONT GO!!! i HAD TO PUT A STAR OR IT WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO POST. I GIVE THEM A BIG FAT "0"!!!

Horrible office had teeth removed and had my jaw fractured in 4 different spots. Would not recommend anybody to use this office unless you want to have more complications after having teeth removed
