I will suggest going somewhere else. I needed a simple prescription refilled that they prescribed earlier in the year. They denied the approval to get it refilled based on the simple fact that I did not have an appointment with my doctor in the past 6 months. Keep in mind that my doctor left the practice earlier in the year and they failed to notify me that they have a policy that indicates that they will not be able to refill my prescriptions without a check up with the new doctor. I pleaded with them that the condition I have will greatly worsen if I did not receive that prescription that very day. Without any compassion or remorse they told me they cannot and basically did not care. They consistently rudely conveyed to me that this whole situation was my problem and my fault. They did offer an appointment the following morning but doesnt solve the problem that my conditioned would have already worsened by then. Im going to Urgent Care in order to get my prescription.

Warm bedside manner Dr. Paszko has been with me and my family through all of our medical struggles for many years. He even made a house call when my mother was unable to leave her house. Fortunate to have him as my doc HUGS
