This would be a 0 out of 5 if only it was possible..... This is by far the worst practice I have ever been involved with all around. First, they put you on hold for 20 minutes just to say you need your prescriptions refilled, then you finally get someone on the line and go through the submission process, then they say theyll call you when its ready... Dont expect to get a call. I waited several days before finally calling again to check on the status, only to be told that the doctor wanted me to come in for an expensive "check up" just in order to get my prescription refilled, which I have now been without for at least a week, but they dont actually care about your health here at Robinwood, had I not made continual efforts just to try and get my medication, I would have never been told that I needed to come in for this appointment to receive my prescription. Robinwood is seriously damaging my health, both physical and mental, and they dont even care about that, unless I have big bills to hand over to them. Dr. Fowler is the worst at the clinic, she makes you come in for these appointments every 3 months just to get your prescribed medication (not even controlled substances, even basic medications) just so that she gets an extra few dollars out of you before staring at her computer for about 30 seconds while she prints your prescription and sends you out the door. I would not recommend this practice to even my worst enemies.

I have been with Dr. Asuncion since 2003 when he was in Frederick. I followed him to Robinwood Family Practice. I highly recommend him and this practice. They always find a way to fit me for an appointment when I have a sinus infection or something that crops up at the last minute. Dr. Asuncion is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about his patients. I have gotten phone calls about results from blood tests and referrals. I have never had to wait for a prescription to be filled or a referral. The office staff is busy, but they are always friendly and have smiles on their faces. I have never had any problems with them taking my insurance either. They bend over backwards to try to help you any way that they can. We are moving when my husband retires. I am going to ask Dr. Asuncion to move with me! He has my complete trust and respect. I cant imagine finding anyone like him or this practice where we are moving to.

Worst place to go to. They never give you the right information. You call and you are on hold for 15 minutes. When you finally speak to someone they tell you that they have to send it back to the doctor and they take 2 days to get back with you. Then you go to get something read and you ask if you can come a little earlier since you have to be at work. Drive 45 minutes to get there, wait 20 for a PPD test to be read, leave and then get a call that you have to come back because you had it read too early even though you asked the nurse 2 days prior and she said it was okay. The staff are more interested in having conversations with each other then getting things done.

A complete joke. Ive had countless appointments with the same physician for the same issue, get sent away to be examined by someone else every time, still have the same problem a year later, in so much pain that I cant function, beg them to help me and they want me to sit in the fetal position for a week until they can see me for the hundredth time and still deny me anything for pain. Screw the dope heads that made it this way and screw these people for not seeing me as a person and just a statistic. Im finding a new doctor.

I love these people. Ive been a patient of Dr. Kugler for years. Although he often runs a bit behind with his appointments, he truly takes time with you and listens. His concern is genuine and his demeanor, caring, courteous, and professional. Ive never had any issues with the staff here. Everyone is always pleasant. My son sees Dr. Royster and we love him as well.

The staff was unprofessional and didnt give any sense of joy towards their job. I never made it to my first appointment because they were an hour (stated by their tacky white board) behind and I couldnt wait any longer. I was not the only one to walk out. The staff seemed very fake in their concern when every single person stated they could no longer wait.

I became associated with this family practice approximately 6-7 years ago. My experience with my personal health care has been so warm, professional and excellent that I continue to travel back to MD from Pennsylvania after a recent move. If I decide to leave this practice, it will only be when the drive becomes difficult for me.

Im glad im not the only one with a problem. I am leaving for a trip and I have been waiting since Tuesday to here back from Dr. Royster. It is now Friday, and although Ive called in twice today, I expect to not receive a reply for the whole weekend now. (which is normal for this practice to ignore their patients)

I have been a patient of Dr. Asuncion for many years he is caring and does get to the root of any problem. He and his staff are very professional. They always make time for patients. I will forever be Dr. Asuncion patient. Best doctor ever! I would highly recommend this medical practice.

If you want to be misdiagnosed see Dr. Kugler. Hes a quack Doctor who needs to retire. He diagnoses people without even running any test to prove that they have an issue. Worst doctor in town.
