Whenever I did have to go, I had to wait hours. They treated me like cattle, in and out as fast as possible - they obviously didnt care (didnt matter which doctor I saw). When I had walmart call them recently to fill a prescription, they stated they didnt have me as a patent, even though its the only office I have visited the entire time I have lived in NC. When I called, I could only leave a message - which I did requesting they call me back as soon as possible since my asthma medication is what I was refilling and I was out. They never called me back. Two days later I called again and got through to a real person who was very rude, was obviously trying to get me off the phone. They made me make an appointment - in 4 days! 4 days for a simple, yes you still have asthma, and yes, I need the inhalator! I immediately called another doctors office, who got me in the same day and was friendly. Two days before my appointment, Knightdale Primary cares automated system calls me to verify - they had an option to cancel there, which I chose to cancel my appointment. Now 3 weeks later I just got a freaking BILL for missing the appointment! Even though I canceled using that phone system! Why even use it if it doesnt work??!!! Ive now been on the phone for more than an hour with different people, trying to get rid of this bill and NO ONE will help me with it - more of the same. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR unless you like rude people, doctors that dont care, and a billing/appointment system that is horrid.

Wow, I didnt even make it through the door. Who leaves a review for a business they have never been to? Notice I said business. So I called Knightdale Family Practice to schedule an appointment, for a regular run of the mill preventive health screening. My wife and daughter have gone here for a few years so I thought I would just use the same place. I was told I couldnt schedule an appointment for that until I had scheduled a new patient appointment, and, I quote, established myself as a patient. I thanked the lady for her time, hung up, and called Knightdale Family Medicine. I got an appointment for the same day. Is this normal? I dont go to the doctor much, okay I never go to the doctor, but this seems so strange to me. Seems to be more of a racket than a doctors office.

Been going there 10 years, and this practice has had just about that many doctor changes. Though they have accommodated me and my needs, it is hard to establish a rapport with any doctor when they wont be there for very long.Currently looking for new office as I went for an appointment and a walk in was taken before me. I waited longer than an hour only to be seen by a doctor that I had not requested.

The office has been upgraded and looks great! The new doctor is wonderful. He really takes the time to get to know you and take care of your medical needs. I found the staff to be caring and fun. Much different than bigger practices where no one smiles and you seem to get lost in the crowd and feel like cattle.

The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Things get busy like anywhere else, but they dont ever make you feel like an inconvenience. They have evening hours, which is hard to come by. Every nurse and Doctor has helped me, and I could not be more grateful for the immediate and genuine care given.

I have been a patient here for 3 years. Whenever I needed a same day appointment I have always been able to get one, the staff is always friendly and polite. Very professional and always make me feel welcomed. I have never had any issues with the care I have received at this practice.

Terrible experience! Doctors dont listen to you, do extra lab work so they can charge your insurance extra then leave you with extra lab copays. Im in sales so I know all these tricks. Find a more holistic MD who wont try to push 10 prescriptions on you!

Today was my second visit and I must say each visit is better than before. I only had to wait 10 minutes at the most. They are very concerned with issues and keep your records up to date. This is definitely my new doctors office.
