I have had some of the same experiences as the other people who left reviews, unfortunately. Phone calls are excruciatingly long waiting on hold where they forget about you or continuously transfer you and your question or issue goes unanswered; no parking; no schedule or appointment keeping unless its for the doctors; rude and condescending front office staff; doctors (interns/residents) i realize are in training but no one leads them leaving them free to be rude, not listen to you, make up their own agenda for your care, and label you as difficult or non compliant when you dont accept their suggestions or instructions. Which is why, if I could, I would give them minus 5 stars. -5⭐.

everyone was amazingly friendly! the doctor that saw me spoke to me like, not like i was an idiot, but like i was a person that legitimately knew what things were wrong with me. after hearing i had a phobia of needles the woman that gave me my injections was incredibly gentle with me, as well, they got me in to get blood taken not 30 seconds after my main appointment was finished; the woman that took my blood was comforting and understanding of my troubles giving blood. literally everyone that saw me that day asked if i was alright, if all my questions were answered, and honestly, this was the best experience at a doctors office in my entire life.

they are terrible never take you by appointment make you wait forever finally when your called in you have to wait another hour , never get back to you with test results, I never saw such an unprofessional place , the best is you ask the front desk is the dr running late oh let me check i let you know and they dont i can clearly see them through the glass, not a place i would recommend going else where.

20 minutes just to get someone on the phone. Cant park car because the lot is so small and the employees take the spots. Even if you get there a little early theyll make you wait an hour in waiting room and then another 20 minutes when they finally put you in a room. The dr. will come in and see you in less than 5 minutes and say everythings ok! Horrible place!

Waited on the phone for over 30 minutes to the point where I stayed on the phone and drove to the office and saw that nobody was on the phone. Asked who answers the phone and the receptionists claim they all do. They were all talking and are extremely rude. They should be the last people to put stress on anyone especially women like myself who are pregnant.

The wait time is the worst like what is the point in scheduling an appt just to be seen an hour later. Staff can be unattentive at times as well.
