If I had a choice to give this 0 stars I would. I was a new patient here and showed up fifteen minutes early for my appointment as they requested. I filled out my paperwork and was not called until one hour and a half later to be seen by the tech. I then waited another hour and a half to be seen by the doctor. Ill throw in here that I had my nine week old baby with me, as I knew shed be ok for about two hours while she napped and Ive never spent more than an hour at the eye doctor. After I saw the doctor I was directed somewhere else to get my contacts. I was given a five day supply (they are dailies) and was told to make another appointment in a week to see how they worked for me. I showed up one week later expecting a quick check up and to be on my way with the rest of my contacts. Again it took nearly an hour to be seen. On top of that they did not order my contacts so I now need to go back AGAIN to pick them up when they get in. 3 appointments just to get my yearly supply of lenses is totally ridiculous. Not to mention the three hour wait. Will never go back to Ross Eye Institute.

We have been here since 926am. It is now that they pass us to the room 15 mins ago, (and is now 1205pm) to be seen by the Dr. My father is tire and in pain. Moreover we are in the hallway gathered in a group chit chatting about trips, things to do, dating and issues with others (as my father says-total BS). This is ridiculous! Never have we waited so long to see a Dr and on top of it here so much BS from the staff. Just annoying! There people out there who are elderly like my father who need to have medications & food. They dont expect that it will be a 3hr appointment.

This review is for the sales side of the business. I still go to Doc Tock at Lenscrafters at the Eastern Hills Mall for my annual exams and I highly recommend him. But I have had a lot of trouble finding petite size frames for my glasses. I had been everywhere: three Lenscrafters, Council in East Aurora and finally Ross in OP. They had a huge selection of frames that fit me. I gravitated towards the Modo frames which I ended up with and they were able to order my size in a different color frame directly from NYC. Took about two weeks for them to come in but well worth the wait.

Worst doctor experience ever!!! After waiting for 3 hours in the waiting room I finally see the doctor and shes burnt out and has no advice. She seemed really burnt out about the health care system and took it out on me. I even had to stop her and ask her why she was yelling at me. Complete waste of a day, waste of a $50 copay and I received no path of what I should be doing for my condition. I will be searching for a different doctor for my condition now.

I would give a 0 if given a choice. The wait times are ridiculous. Not accommodating to the working individual. Last time there a Medical Resident tried to stick me several times to inject dye for a test and was unsupervised and incompetent. The test wasnt done and half a wasted day off of work. Made a complaint to the office manager and was given a lame apology.
