My boyfriend took our 8 month old puppy to Perry Veterinary Clinic, Batavia location. Our pup was very sick, diarrhea for a week then when he was in there for an appointment to see what was wrong. They performed an x-ray and prescribed an antibiotic and suggested if he doesnt feel better by the morning of the following day to bring him back when they open. He then was checking out and paying for the antibiotics they prescribed. He asked to purchase our pups next 2 months of this Heartworm pill and Tick Drops. The desk attendant then said "are you sure you dont want to wait until tomorrow to buy those??" She was suggesting that our puppy was going to DIE, between then and the time he should come back the following day. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT WHEN MY BOYFRIEND TOLD ME THAT!!! THAT DESK ATTENDANT WAS SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL BY SUGGESTING THAT OUR PUPPY WAS GOING TO DIE!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS THE WORST THING YOU COULD SAY TO ANYONE! Even if someones pet is very old, you still NEVER say that to the owner. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN PERRY VETERINARY CLINIC!!! P.S. our puppy did get better over the next few days... so he did NOT DIE!!!

Dont go here. Here is my experience with them over the last SEVERAL YEARS. 1) cant seem to keep their files in order. I cant tell you how many times I went in and had to correct them MULTIPLE times that no its the other animal. This was almost catastrophic due to the vast wright differences between animals and the medications. 2) dont understand concerns. Ie: asking multiple times about issues and each time being told something diffrent. Or nothing at all. 3) malpractice. Ie: Killed my KITTEN in a routine spay due to them putting a tube in wrong which caused the cat to rupture. -from the vet openly saying this 4)general incompetence: Issues like not dating charts. Thinking animals are on medications when they arnt. IE: They didnt give my pet antibiotics after a oral surgery when the animal needed to be. They thought the pet was already on them, they openly admitted to the mistake and laughed saying "man the girls in the office are going to give me a hard time now". This could have potentionally killed my pet. Honestly I have never had a worse vet experience. Holy crap save yourself the hurt and just dont go.

We took our elderly dog to the Batavia office due to a immediate illness and unfortunately had to put her down, much to our surprise. Needless to say, we were shocked and heartbroken. The Vet and all of the Assistants and Office Staff were extremely professional and sympathetic to our loss. They have gone out of their way to comfort us in our time of despair. This included sending us a sympathy card that included our "friends" paw print. This office should be commended on their kindness and professional treatment of our family member and ourselves. Thank you so much Batavias Perry Veterinary Clinic for being there in our time of need.

There is no place else I would take my pets! Every Vet I have ever dealt with there has been wonderful. They always listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have, and treat my animals like they were their own, loving them and being patient with them (I have a very hyper puppy currently). They are extremely knowledgeable in all they do and they will always have my business. Their prices are a tad more expensive than surrounding Vet clinics in this area but I promise its worth it and completely understandable as to why. You get what you pay for and you get top notch service and care for your animals here.

The Tech was so kind and friendly. The staff answered any question I had. I was called with an update after her procedure, as well as, prior to when they wanted to do something that was on the original work up. The explained the pros and cons and provided a fairly accurate cost estimate. I was invited to call and check in later in the day. Prior to discharge, I was given very thorough discharge instructions.

The staff at Perry in batavia ny are very caring. I took my my sons dog there because her usual vet was not doing his job I kept telling him of a problem she was having when she went into heat and it was ignored. If it wasnt for the staff at Perry yesterday she would have died. I appreciate them all she is apart of our family without her we would be lost.

We have been taking our little dog Dixie there for the last 13 years since she was a tiny pup! They have always been caring and compassionate and understand her medical problems. We have seen Dr Minster the most through the years, and he is very gentle with her. I wouldnt take her anywhere else!

We have been taking our dogs to Perry for years even though there are other Veterinary locations closer to our home. It is always a very positive experience and the staff is wonderful. They even have a website where you can order supplies or request an appointment. Great care by great people.

We have never been disappointed at this veterinary clinic/hospital. Their prices are very reasonable and the doctors and staff are wonderful! We never feel rushed during out visits and any questions or concerns we have are thoroughly answered. I wouldnt take our dog any place else.
