While doing an internet search for a local Chiropractor I found Chiropractic Associates of Richmond Hill and boy did I hit the jackpot!! The staff, both on the phone and in person, were very friendly and professional. One of the women working the front desk noticed how much pain I was in when I was called to get the paperwork that she told me to just call her when I was finished and she would come and get it so I didn’t have to keep getting up and down. That was my first inkling into how much I would appreciate this office. Dr. Misty Dickason met with me and she has the best bedside manner I have ever seen in a doctor. She explained everything to me down to the smallest detail. She also answered questions that had nothing to do with my hurt back! When I left her office after the first visit I couldn’t believe how much better I felt. I went back for the second visit and I believe she has magic in her hands because I walked out of there pain free. I have gone back for a follow up and she told me to come back in a month and that would probably be all. I finally found a doctor that cares more about the patient than they do their pocket book. I am truly thankful for the experience and I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Dickason and Chiropractic Associates of Richmond Hill!

If I were asked to describe the overall experience generated over the past several months while attending the Chiropractic Associates of Richmond Hill in one word, I would simply ask for more words and create paragraphs as to the paramount services provided by the dedicated staff and personnel. Though the circumstances in which Ive come to meet these bright individuals of this establishment was rather unfortunate, each and every session spent here has proved that fortune has truly been in my favor from the moment I started attending. The diligence and professionalism that exudes from the staff is slightly under-toned with a hint of humbleness and warmth, creating a social climate that gives the impression that youre not just going to a doctors office and receiving treatment. Instead, it builds a sense of calm and tranquility; a place where you can come and be received by a warm welcome and the reassurance that youre going to be cared after by people that are dedicated and serious about getting you back on your feet, physically and mentally. Ive come a long way from where I was 5 months ago, but through patience and perseverance, they were able to get me back in tip top shape. I am truly grateful. Cheers! :D

I have to say the staff at Chiropractic Associates of Richmond Hill,P.C. are wonderful and knowledgeable. I have occasional neck and back pain due to a slip n fall. Dr. Misty Dickason and Dr. Ali Mustafa are such caring and patient doctors. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the care you get is 100% all the time. Dr. Dickason hands are tools of healing and what that being said I wouldnt let anyone else in the Queens area adjust me. MY FIRST AND LAST CHOICE Chiropractic Associates of Richmond Hill,P.C.

My wife had extreme pain in her wrists from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Physicians were talking about surgery as a remedy. Dr. Reich provided treatments that relieved her of this pain. Dr. David Reich has helped many of my colleagues with their various medical issues. Many of his patients sought help from physicians first. Where the physicians could not provide any relief of the issues, Dr. Reich often found remedies to their problems. Dr. Reich a very personable, knowledgeable, caring guy. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Dickason has to be one of the worlds most dedicated and caring chiropractor there is. I came in when I could barely walk with excruciating pain and after less than 8 treatments, I felt better than ever. Im convinced her hands are magic! The staff, aside from Dr. Dickason, were wonderful as well. Everyone always had a smile on their face and I felt so welcomed when I walked in. Ive recommended two family members and theyve also have had great results. Im so glad I found this gem of a place, its a God-sent!

This has to be one of the best offices in the local NYC area let alone Queens. All of the employees and aids are amazingly friendly and the knowledge the physicians have here is outstanding. I get taken care of by the best therapists and never have a complaint, or get served with attitude. I truly feel as if this office is like family but it is to be expected being how family oriented the individuals are! I recommend anyone who needs to see someone to come in and try them out, you will not leave unimpressed!

I have received excellent care at richmond hill chiropractic clinic. The doctors an staff are very caring an helpful. They take the necessary time with you to answer all your questions but more importantly they take time to give you the care you need. I am under the care of Dr. Misty Dickason who has not only been an excellent care giver she also listen to my concerns about my over all health. I would highly recommend Richmond Hill Chiroprctor to anyone in need of treatment an excellent care.

I have been going there for many years for different issues & I have to say the care I receive is excellent. Dr Ali & Dr D are wonderful , theyre caring and concerned about how one feels and they are funny. The staff are absolute angels starting from the front office to the back. They treat you as if you are family. I HIGHLY recommend this office to everyone who needs it. You might go in there with some pain but when they are done with you the pain is gone & you gain a hand full of friends.

I came in with excruciating pain to my back and could barely walk, after treatment for about two weeks with Dr. Dickason, I felt better than ever. I really didnt think that after such little time i would feel such reliefe, but after just 4 treatments i was back to my normal self. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is in pain and is looking for a local office. The staff is great and very helpful. If i should ever need Chiropractic help again i would definetly go back.

Absolutely a place where everyone knows what they are doing, everything is organized and punctual, and level of care is top quality. I have had to see Dr. D, 3x over the last seven or eight years, and all 3 times she has effectively rid my body of the excruciating and immobilizing pain I was suffering due to a significant lower back injury. Its definitely a group I would highly recommend, if someone is in need of chiropractic treatments or physical therapy.

this is the best place to get treatment for your back and neck dr dickason and dr ali explains everything in detail how to move forward and the best possible treatment plan, the staff is very professional and courteous, the wait time for your appointment is minimal, the office is clean and well organized and all follow ups are done by the trained staff, if your looking for excellent pain management this richmond hill office gets my thumbs up.
